He has also enjoyed success in condominium conversions. Dan has an extensive background as an Adjunct College Professor in commercial real estate investments, business manager in company-owned real estate apartment projects, mortgage representative and construction loan underwriter, seminar speaker and is also the publisher and editor of the "Tampa Bay Apartment Market Journal." He also contributes his expertise and time in community services and was previously the director of the Rotary Club of Clearwater East and a member of the Board of Adjustment and Appeals on zoning for the City of Clearwater, FL.
