Amisha Rashmi Kumar - Founder, Managing Director

Amisha Rashmi Kumar, is an Architect who strongly believes in creating sustainable infrastructure in the educational landscape. Having worked on various construction projects over the last four years, she obtained a master's degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom. She has extensively developed the preschool campus and has created a Comprehensive Infrastructure Plan for Iwee Early Years. She envisions building fluidic learning spaces that accommodate diverse learning environments. With a unique blend of architectural work experience and Project Management, she currently leads Iwee Early Years as Center Manager overlooking Operations and Expansion.

Dr Bindiya Shajith

Dr. Bindiya Shajith is a highly respected child psychologist renowned for her work in Inclusion and her Neurodiversity Affirming Child Rights-based therapeutic approach. With over 14 years of experience in working with Neurodivergent children and training teachers and parents, Dr. Bindiya is a firm believer in the Neurodiversity Movement and an expert in the TEACCH approach. She holds a Ph.D. in School Psychology from North Carolina University, USA, a Masters Degree in Special Education from NC State, USA, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Child Rights Law from National Law School University of India. Her training allows her to effectively evaluate and treat learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and anxiety in children and adolescents. Dr. Bindiya has been part of the founding team of several centers and inclusion in schools in Bangalore. She has developed her own Support Teaching model using the principles of TEACCH and has trained and supervised shadow teachers and therapists. Currently, she is the only certified professional in India in Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS), an evidence-based approach to working with children and adolescents with behavioral difficulties. As the Director of AllInclusive Foundation and Head of Programs at Insighte Childcare, Dr. Bindiya continues to make significant contributions to the field of child psychology. She was also an ex-member of the Karnataka Child Welfare Committee.

Manjunaath Jamathi Nagaraja

Manjunaath Jamathi Nagaraja is an educational leader and a Master facilitator at Iwee Early Years Yelahanka, Bengaluru. He holds a Master's degree in Inclusive Education (MSc) from the University of Edinburgh. He is currently pursuing Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Azim Premji University and has been selected for the first Cohort of FIRKI's Teacher Coach Development Programme. Before venturing into the Social sector, he worked in challenging and diverse environments of the Corporate world for 5 years. Being divergent and bold to seek newer challenges, he co-founded Srushti EdVentures in 2015, a Bengaluru-based early childhood care and education initiative. This venture has served close to 500 children and their families since its foundation. He believes in social action and change. He endeavors to rebuild educational systems to develop into Inclusive educational communities that welcome all children. His conviction is that educational systems must adapt constantly to meet the needs of all learners. His blog 'CreEd' is a starting step in this direction, which aims to spread awareness and advocate the need for Inclusive Education. He is an Inclusive Educational Consultant and a teacher-trainer who helps facilitate inclusive learning environments in schools and colleges.

Mr Midhun Noble

Midhun Noble is an ADHDprenuer, mentor, and inclusion enabler with a passion for creating solutions that cater to the edges. His focus is on solving problems related to disability and accessibility, and he has built an ecosystem through various social ventures such as Insighte Childcare, Allinclusive Foundation Space, Equal, and Spot Schools. Midhun holds an MBA from Christ University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology. He spent over six years in finance and banking before turning his attention to coaching individuals in financial wellness and democratizing ideas around saving and investing for ordinary people. He is also a certified design thinker, helping individuals and organizations find solutions to social problems and maximize human potential. As an advocate for improving the quality of life for neurodivergent individuals, Midhun is trained in social role valorization and consults several mental health initiatives in setting up and scaling their practices. He is presently a two-year Entrepreneur in Residence Program by The Circle, a Teach for India organization, where he is one of 12 entrepreneurs chosen from across the country to redesign and reinvent India's schools. Midhun will be visiting and learning from schools across India and abroad, working alongside government officials, designers, coaches, and other entrepreneurs to build schools that look at education through a neurodiversity lens. Midhun has a track record of leveraging his infinite solution mindset to tackle mammoth challenges and create lasting impacts. As a founding team member and Assistant Vice President at HEFA India, he helped scale up funding to over 7500+ crores for Indian higher education infrastructure. He is also passionate about mentoring and teaching with an inclusive and entrepreneurial mindset, creating programs such as the Young Psychologist Program and mentoring at AIM for entrepreneurship among school children. Midhun is an incubatee at several fellowships and incubation programs like The Circle, Empact Singapore, Massachusetts Institute of Technology SEAG SE, IIM B NSRECL, Telangana State Innovation Cell, and now Social Alpha. He is a lifelong learner who loves reading and gaining new information. Having traveled 7500 km in trains across India, he is keen on ideating new business opportunities with young founders and mentoring them.

Ms. Meghana Ravikumar

Meghana Ravikumar is a qualified professional in the Space of Psychology and Special Education. With a Master's Degree in Psychology from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, and has additional qualifications such as a Post Graduate Diploma in Special Education from Asian College of Teachers, and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Renaissance Life Therapies, London, Meghana has extensive knowledge and expertise in supporting children with diverse needs. Currently, Meghana works as the Head of Operations and a Consultant Behavioral Therapist, Special Educator at Insighte Childcare, an organization that focuses on enabling children to access inclusive and mainstream classrooms and therapy at home. In this role, she provides personalized support to Neurodivergent children, empowering them to achieve their full potential. As a Mentor, Meghana has trained students who were part of Insighte's Continuous Learning Programs, Internships, Live Projects, and Personal Growth Activities. Additionally, she serves as an Inclusion Consultant at Allinclusive Foundation and leads the Inclusion Facilitation Project at APSA's Dream School. In these roles, Meghana provides invaluable support with curriculum development, literacy and numeracy interventions, psychological support, and customized interventions for marginalized children and children in need of care and protection. Meghana's passion for inclusive education is evident through her commitment to continuous learning. She has completed several courses in Inclusive Education and Disability Orientation from UNICEF, Supporting children with reading and writing difficulties from the University of London in collaboration with Dyslexia International, and a CACHE certified course in Recognizing and Supporting Children with Special Educational Needs. Meghana believes in the importance of creating inclusive learning environments that cater to the unique needs of each child. She firmly believes that if a child cannot learn the way we teach, we should teach the way a child learns. Her philosophy is that a system can only change when everyone feels accepted and included for who they are.
