Jerono Phylis Rotich, Ph.D., is an educator, administrator, servant leader, researcher, mentor, and motivational speaker. She is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, mentoring, and wellness. Her leadership style is centered around servant leadership, and she strongly supports women, youth empowerment, and community engagement... Her work in the academe, organizations, and community has not gone unnoticed. Her exemplary work has earned her many recognitions and awards at the state, national, and international levels... In addition to her achievements, she has also been elected to lead various organizations and associations. She has been appointed to serve on several task forces and committees, including the Presidential Working Party on Education Reforms in Kenya and the Commission of Research & Publication of ICTSG, established during the 2018 UNESCO Collective Consultation on TSG.
