Dr. Jilani is an accomplished physician and healthcare executive with over twenty years of experience. Dr. Jilani applies lessons learned from leadership roles in medical/surgical, project management, consulting, and international technology to optimize clinical services and systems in support of excellence in patient care. In addition to his experience, Dr. Jilani holds an MD from St. Matthew's University School of Medicine, a Master of Health Services Administration from Saint Joseph's College, and earned his undergraduate degree in business from Loyola Chicago. After completing a fellowship in nephrology from Henry Ford Hospital, Dr. Jilani worked in primary care for many years and led the clinical informatics team at Tenet Healthcare in Chicago. Dr. Jilani served numerous roles within the Tenet Healthcare system in Chicago to ensure Healthcare Informatics success by securing physician ownership, C-suite sponsorship, training support, and organization-wide adoption of change. Dr. Jilani has been pivotal in some of the leading health systems across the nation: The Iowa Clinic, Texas Healthcare, USMD, Advocate Aurora Health, Rush University Medical Group, and Lehigh Valley Physicians' Group. Dr. Jilani's career has enabled him to develop a mix of skills, spanning from clinical and strategy to systems, and offered healthcare systems with advisory and support on critical initiatives.
