Andrew Haas

Attorney Andrew D. Haas was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1995. As an experienced lawyer, he maintains a diverse practice in the areas of domestic relations/family law and plaintiff personal injury. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1995 and maintains a diverse practice in all aspects of domestic relations/family law and plaintiff personal injury. Andrew earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City in 1993. Andrew also earned a Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University in 1990. Andrew specializes in all areas of family law, including divorce, property division, child custody, allocation of parental responsibilities, paternity, stepparent adoptions, child support, maintenance, protective orders, and Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act cases. Andrew has also completed the 40-hour mediation course in Colorado and specializes in domestic relations mediation. Andrew provides domestic relations mediation in all local jurisdictions and provides mediation for the State Office of Dispute Resolution in Jefferson and Adams Counties. Andrew has completed training to provide Parenting Coordinator/Decision-maker services and is available for those appointments. Andrew also prepares pre-marital and post-marital agreements for those interested in financial planning prior to or after marriage. Andrew's personal injury practice concentrates on Plaintiff representation in automobile accidents and other negligence claims.

Jon T. Bradley

Jon T. Bradley grew up in Lakewood Colorado, attended Lakewood high school, received a better scholarship and attended Colorado College graduating magna cum laude and then attended law school at the University of Denver graduating in May 1980 and sworn in the practice law in the State of Colorado in May 1980. During that entire time frame he participated in innumerable mediations on behalf of his clients, which is continued to the present date. Mr. Bradley's practice has focused on civil litigation for the 40+ years of his practice. In approximately 2000 he started an element of his practice as a mediator and an arbitrator. He completed a 40 hour course in mediations and completed American arbitration Association training as an arbitrator. Since that time he has conducted mediations on a vast variety of civil litigation or prelitigation issues surrounding all aspects of business law, real estate Law, and personal injury law. He has conducted mediations of claims including boundary disputes, partition actions, business contract disputes, real estate disputes, business dissolution and partnership dispute issues, agricultural lease disputes, personal injury claims, and any other varieties of civil disputes ranging in claims from $10,000 to in excess of $1 million.
