Dona is responsible for overseeing the accounting department's daily operations. She ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, manages accounting staff, and develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Dona has worked in accounting over 20 years.

Michael utilizes more than 20 years of experience in business, contract and real estate law, and in asset management to oversee all aspects of real estate development including development, construction, management, and leasing. Michael's market knowledge and years of real estate experience are strong assets that allow him to problem solve by creating effective alternatives for complex development issues. Michael spearheaded the team that redeveloped a historic 300,000 square foot, abandoned hospital campus into an innovative living community with multiple, in-demand uses including senior living (independent, assisted and memory care) currently in its final stages of development, a residence for individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities, and a healthcare center.
Mitch has been leading Operations and sales teams across the United States in both the banking & Retail industries for 25+ years. Mitch has also been involved in property management for more than 15+ years in both single & multi-family as well as commercial real-estate development and project management at all levels. Mitch has overseen the leadership role for as many as 75 locations with sales of more than $85mm and 500 employees.
Taylyn Campbell is an accomplished business professional with a strong background in real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, and strategic business development. A Chicago native, Taylyn earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, where he developed his analytical and leadership skills along with a passion for real estate.
