Mr. Pavankishore Tibrewala is a TECHNICAL Director at KAIPAA. He is the person world known for his own proprietary Spinning Bobbin Mold Designing. Mr. PKT has experience of 43 years in Spinning Bobbin Mold Designing, Compounding of Different Highly Engineered Plastics & Manufacturing of Spinning Bobbins. Post completing his Bachelor Degree in Engineering he joined family business (NAVAL GROUP) and started developing Spinning Bobbins in 1977 till 2010 and became the key Architect behind the success of Naval Group. He directed all the R&D, Molds manufacturing and Plastic Bobbin Manufacturing. Later in 2011 Mr. Pavankishore Tibrewala started his new Journey with "KAIPAA" laying down his experience by establishing New Products (Spinning Bobbins) which are proudly PATENTED in the year 2011 for a span of 21 years.
Mr. Hitesh P. Tibrewala is a CMO (Chief Marketing Office) & Mold Designer at KAIPAA. He was associated with Naval Group during period 2002 - 2006. Post completing his Masters in International Business Management in 2008, he joined Aira Consulting Pvt. Ltd - Mumbai as an "Associate Consultant - Marketing" which severed only SME's partnering the for Market Research, Technical Strategy Planning, Technical Consulting, Setting up Distribution Channel and Organization development. "Mr. HPT completed various technical courses of Mould Designing with CAD post joining KAIPAA. He was as practically trained by Industry experts for Injection Mould Designing & training on CNC programming for Mould Parts through CAD / CAM software's. He joined "KAIPAA" in 2011 and decided to manufacture highly technical Spinning Bobbins under the Guidance of his rich experienced father Mr. P.K. Tibrewala. Mr. H.P. Tibrewala believes in continuous up gradation in the industry through his experiences of Research, Strategic Planning, technical skills in Mould designing using latest CAD CAM software, for making all the process and Systems smooth in KAIPAA to achieve best quality products .

Mrs. Swati H.Tibrewala is a Senior Executive at KAIPAA. She has completed her Masters in Human Resource Development though one of the best Indian Institutes in the Year 2008. She has rich work experience with various sectors like HR Consulting, Telecom Sector(TELENOR) & Retail sectors(LAND MARK GROUP). She was the team leader handling various sectors of HR, Government Compliances & Administrations.
