BIO
Fabio was admitted to the bar in 1994. With a degree in Criminal Law from La Sapienza University in Rome, he passionately devoted himself to this field, building his entire career around it. Indeed, over the course of his career, Fabio has taken on all areas of criminal law, assisting both defendants and civil parties claiming damages in trials for crimes against individuals, families and assets, as well as proceedings against the public authorities, for criminal association offenses, political crimes and terrorism. Today he also assists businesses, which he regularly advises in corporate criminal law.
Maria Lucrecia has been a lawyer since 1996 and for many years worked in the Techint Group's Legal Department in Argentina before joining the Liendo & Associati law firm in Buenos Aires from 2016 to 2020. She has lived in Spain since 2020 and handles, among other things, disputes relating to the legal and administrative Italian naturalization process. Since she joined the team, Kairós has been able to handle - with extreme professionalism, sensitivity and attention to details - the increasingly greater number of applications for Italian citizenship and residency permits, both for people acting on their own behalf and employees of foreign companies that want to do business in Europe, and Italy in particular.

Over the course of his career, Paolo has served as Director, Statutory Auditor and Independent Auditor for a number of companies. His advisory services have encompassed accounting and tax assistance for companies and non-commercial entities, bankruptcy proceedings and corporate restructuring. He has also handled tax litigation. In addition, Paolo specializes in expert valuations for contributions to companies and the preparation of debt restructuring plans pursuant to Article 182-bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Law.

Pasquale has been a lawyer since 2009 and in 2021 began practicing before the Supreme Court. He provides assistance and legal counsel in labor and civil law disputes and also advises trade unions and charities. His expertise in labor law gives Kairós LBC added edge, equipping the team with a solid expert in this field.
Patrizia is a Supreme Court lawyer. She was admitted to the Rome Bar in 1997 and has practiced at the firms in Rome and Milan..
She has completed professional refresher courses in Italy and abroad at Columbia Law School, Harvard Law School and Fordham University.
Drawing on her years of professional experience and university teaching, she regularly trains and mentors young lawyers and is a lecturer for master's programs and seminars in Italy and abroad.
She assists Italian and international clients in court and out of court and provides consulting.
Her expertise in the field of Civil Law is invaluable to Kairós.

Stefania's innate soft, communication and language skills date far back. She first earned a diploma in Persian language and culture before specializing in NLP and becoming a mental coach, then served as Vice President of the Italian Business Summit. With a deep understanding of human dynamics, Stefania's contribution to Kairós LBC is of crucial value, as she carefully watches over the firm's day-to-day operations in relation to human resources.
