James Suckling Wine Central is a wine restaurant designed for everyone from casual wine lovers to discerning wine professionals. Opened in 2018 by internationally acclaimed wine critic James Suckling, the flagship project in Asia's No. 1 wine capital has become a gathering place for Hong Kong's top wine names to meet, relax, drink and discuss the world's great wines. Since 2020, it has been ranked top of Time Out Hong Kong's list of Best Wine Bars in Hong Kong... We always wanted to do a restaurant with food we like to eat: straightforward and delicious wine-friendly cuisine. The sommeliers and waiters travel and taste with me so they know most of the wines and my personal tastes.
