For our livestock, we employ specific pasture management principles which improves overall soil conditions and optimizes livestock performance. Our sheep are 100% grass fed (when not in lamb) and rotationally grazed to keep the health of our stock and the land. We also do not use antibiotics... Our philosophical approach to the farm focuses around sustainability, responsible stewardship and living a simple and healthy existence.
