We do require items considered personal or of high monetary value to be kept in a secure non accessible location prior to crew arrival. Kaizen Cleaners LLC will not be held responsible for missing or stolen items... A standard room is defined as bedroom,bathroom , living room, and kitchen. Non-standard rooms such as foyer, dining room and half baths are considered as a room if 300 sq ft or larger.
