Aaron Moon - CCO, COO

Aaron Moon serves as Inspire's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring that all the firm's activities are aligned, organized, efficient and compliant. Aspiring to use business as ministry, Aaron joined the management team at Inspire in 2015 as operations were beginning to form. Having a background in financial advising and an MBA from Biola University, Aaron is passionate about using his training and education to inspire change in the world through the way people invest their money. Aaron is married to his beautiful wife, Sandra, and has two adorable daughters. He rides his bike to work, drinks French-pressed coffee in the morning, and scuba dives on the weekends. He attends Grace Bible Church in Hollister where he and his wife host their weekly small group.

Darrell Jayroe

Darrell Jayroe, CFA, CFP, CKA, serves as Inspire's Chief Investment Officer responsible for leading the firm's Investment Committee, as well as serving as Lead Portfolio Manager for Inspire's ETFs and SMA strategies. Darrell has been with the firm since 2016. Prior to joining Inspire, Darrell was a Vice President and Sr. Portfolio Manager for the Bank of Oklahoma trust department for 12 years where he was responsible for managing accounts for high net worth families, trusts, foundations and institutions. Darrell started his career as an investment advisor in 1994 with PaineWebber in Oklahoma City. Darrell received a B.A. and Masters degree from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder and is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner®) licensee. He is a member of the CFA Institute and a member and Past President of the CFA Society of Oklahoma. He is also a member of Kingdom Advisors and holds the CKA® (Certified Kingdom Advisor®) designation as well as a member of the NACFC (National Association of Christian Financial Consultants). Darrell and his wife, Beth, have been married since 1982 and have two daughters, Kayla and Kyndal and a son in law, Grayson.

Dr. Erik Davidson

Dr. Erik Davidson, CFA joined Inspire in 2019 serving as Chief Economic Advisor, working closely with Inspire's Investment Committee to provide valuable insight on global, macro-economic events and trends from a biblical perspective. His particular expertise in the area of behavioral finance enables Inspire to produce discerning research and data on the intersection of faith, investing and investor behavior. Prior to joining Inspire, Dr. Davidson was the CIO (Chief Investment Officer) for the Wells Fargo Private Bank leading an investment team of over 400 professionals who managed more than $200 billion in assets. Prior to that, Dr. Davidson was the co-Founder and co-CEO of Separate Account Solutions, Inc., a technology company that provided separately managed account (SMA) tools and operational services to investment firms. Earlier in his career, he led the portfolio management team for Franklin Templeton Private Client Services and was a bond trading manager for Credit Suisse First Boston in both New York City and Tokyo. His lifelong interest in the application of academic theory to investing was formed early in his career when he worked at Dimensional Fund Advisors. Dr. Davidson received his doctorate degree from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with his research being in the area of Behavioral Finance. His doctoral dissertation was "Investment Choice Architecture in the Age of Robo-Advisors". Further, his joint paper, "Does Investor Sentiment Affect Market Response to Earnings Restatements?", was accepted for presentation at the 2018 Queen Mary University of London's Behavioural Finance Working Group Conference. He has also co-authored multiple books including "Investing in Separate Accounts" and "The E-Finance Report," as well as, authored numerous investment-related articles, speaks at investment-industry conferences, and is regularly featured in the media including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNBC, Fox Business News, Reuters, and Bloomberg. Dr. Davidson is a member of the Advisory Board for DePaul University's Driehaus Center for Behavioral Finance, an elder for Carmel Presbyterian Church, a Mensa member, an Eagle Scout, and actively volunteers in the Monterey County community. He currently resides in Carmel, California where he loves to run, surf and stand up paddle board. He is married to his wife Lori, since 1986, and has 4 children and two grandchildren.

Eric Smyth - CMO

Eric Smyth serves as Inspire's Marketing Director, joining the team in 2015. He is responsible for overall brand strategy and driving awareness for Biblically Responsible Investing through all of Inspire's marketing distribution channels and corporate communication. Eric previously held a Marketing Coordinator position for Silverado Stages, the largest charter bus company in California. He holds a B.S. in Business Admin and Marketing Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. Eric has been married to his gorgeous wife, Jelissa, since 2015 after they met in a college ceramics class (no, not like in the movie Ghost). They have their hands full raising two little man cubs. Eric loves spending time with family and friends, watching football, and working on his 1950 Chevy pickup when there is free time. He attends South Valley Community Church in Hollister, Ca.

Jay A. Richardson

Jay presently serves as a Director of the US Navy League Orange County Council and Director of the Noble Viking Charities of Orange County. He is a member of the private Jonathan Club, Christian Business Men's Connection (CBMC), Los Caballeros, Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks (BPOE), MENSA-USA, and is a Freemason. Jay enjoys spending time with his wife Miyuki and four young children at their home in Newport Coast, California or at their family cattle ranch in Nickel, Texas. Jay A. Richardson is Founder of Kingdom Wealth Stewards and Founding Advisor Partner of Inspire Advisors, LLC of Inspire Investing, a leader in the faith-based and Biblically Responsible Investing (BRI) movement with over $550 million in assets under management.

Robert Netzly - CEO

Robert Netzly is the CEO and Founder of Inspire. He is responsible for strategic vision and keeping the firm fanatically focused on our mission to inspire transformation for God's glory throughout the world by providing biblically responsible investments that create meaningful change in the lives of people across the globe. Robert is a globally recognized authority on the biblically responsible investing (BRI) movement, is frequently cited in major financial media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Fox Business and Financial Times, and is a trend-setting thought leader regarding best practices for design and implementation of biblical investment strategies for institutions, professional money management and retail investors. Robert founded the Inspire Investing group of companies in 2011, and previously worked in the Wells Fargo Investments Private Client division in Carmel, CA from 2008 to 2011. In 2003, Robert married his first (and only!) girlfriend, Lisa, and they are raising their four energetic boys and one beautiful princess in Hollister, CA. Lisa homeschools all five of their children and together Robert and Lisa enjoy supporting their vibrant local homeschool community. Robert and his family worship and serve at Grace Bible Church of Hollister, where they have served as Sunday school teachers, led the college ministry, worship music ministry and yes, financial stewardship ministry (but not all at once). Least importantly, Robert holds a B.S. degree from New York University's Excelsior College in Liberal Studies.
