KnowledgeVis, LLC is pleased to work with the University of Utah and Kitware in developing MultiNet, a web-based community resource for exploring matrix and network datasets. This two year NSF award will explore how to make resahaping and editing tools readily available, and provide visualizations for data items related by a network of relationships. During the course of the project, we plan to validate our approach using several different application domains: phylogenetics, neuroscience, social networking, and geology... KnowledgeVis is a consulting and services company specializing in medical imaging, scientific analysis, information visualization, and custom software and workflow development in large data analytics. KnowledgeVis has extensive background in software development on projects for multiple federal agencies.
