LaChance Storage was started in 2005 by John and Carolyn LaChance with the Reuter Street location. LaChance Storage is currently made up of two property locations owned by two different companies. LaChance Rentals LLC owned by Tim LaChance operating the Reuter Street location and L J LaChance Inc owned by Larry LaChance operating the Mimosa Street location... Our office is located at 22 Crane St in Park Hills, at the corner of Crane and Mimosa Streets.
