Initially established as ‘'The Lagoon Residents Association'' in 2004, we became incorporated as a Community Development Association (CDA) in June 2017... Provision & Maintenance of INFASTRUCRURE, Fixing the roads when they go bad or lobbying the local government to get it done quicker. We also clean the streets on a regular basis (funds permitting). Ensuring that we have adequate and effective drainage to prevent flooding (as we have experienced in the past). We clear the drains regularly before the rains to prevent flooding. Ensure that our local POWER supply and distribution (EKDC equipment) is functional. Work with the other estate associations to ensure regular water supply from the state water corporation.
