Jake is often out in the field meeting tenants for move-ins and move-outs as well as checking on properties' condition and dealing with annual walkthroughs as well as helping the Team check on repairs and HOA violations. Jake is originally from Utah and enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 beautiful children.

Renton Yu has been a full time Realtor, Broker and Property Manager for over 14+ years and specializes in Residential Real Estate and Property Management. Renton is also the Property Management Broker for Keller Williams The Marketplace.
Renton is a distinguished real estate agent in the Greater Las Vegas metropolitan area and is known for his exceptional customer service and dedication to his clients' needs. His extensive knowledge of the region and unparalleled negotiating skills have earned him a reputation as one of the Vegas Area's premier agents.

Before becoming a Realtor Renton graduated from Washington State University with a Management Information Systems degree with a minor in business. When he isn't working Renton enjoys camping and fishing with his beautiful wife and 3 children. He is an avid offroader and you can find him either riding his dirt bike or rock crawler out in the Las Vegas desert or Baja Mexico.
Originally from Seoul, Korea, Soo moved to Las Vegas over 20 years ago and graduated with a Bachelors business management. This knowledge, coupled with her undergraduate degree in Nursing, has provided her with valuable people and management skills. Licensed in both Real Estate and Property Management, Soo oversees the day to day operations, account management and billing and operations.
Soo spends as much time as she can with her husband Renton Yu and their 3 children. She enjoys spending time camping, traveling, and is very passionate about yoga and pilates.
