Clients embody unique strengths and have the potential to overcome many of their life obstacles; however, those strengths can go unrecognized or be difficult to identify. We'll work together to identify your unique abilities and learn how to use those as skills to overcome life obstacles. This will empower clients to explore and resolve areas of concern, such as past trauma or major life stressors. Identifying strengths and confronting concerns are some of the most important strategies to attaining positive life outcomes... My work as a client-centered psychologist with high-risk populations has promoted a non-judgmental approach in working with my clients and providing unconditional acceptance for who they are. I apply interventions unique to the needs of my clients and tailor my strategies that will promote the most effective treatment outcomes...
