Cindy is a Lawyer and a Public Notary. She is currently doing her thesis to obtain her Master Degree in Economic Criminal Law. She is professor of the "José Matías Delgado" University. Her areas of practice are: Criminal Law with emphasis in Economic Criminal Law in felonies such as fraudulent administration, frauds and other economic crimes. She has performing as prosecutor lawyer and defender in economic criminal trials. Also, among the economic felonies she has also specialized in industrial property felonies acting on behalf of well-known marks around the world. She has also been teacher in training regarding Intellectual Property felonies. Currently she is professor in a prestigious University. Her expertise in Industrial Property crimes includes having been the Head of the Anti-counterfeit unit in a large local firm.
She is our Managing Partner, founding the firm in 2016. She is also consultant of international non-governmental organizations in gender equality policies and in Criminal Law. She is member of the Intellectual Property Salvadorian Association since 2014. Cindy has managed international and national high profile economic criminal cases.
Cristina has a Master´s Degree in Family Law. Her professional career has been related specially in the area of Family Law, in which she has found a field of professional and academics specialization. She is professor of undergraduate and postgraduate Law career´s in the José Simeón Cañas (UCA) University. She has published three books in co-authorship, thanks to the support of the National Judiciary Council and the Technical Unit of Justice Sector, about themes of Family Law, Procedural Family Law and Interfamily Violence Law, which are the only national three publications in that regard, in which she has methodize jurisprudential criteria about the referred mentioned different topics. She has been international consultant in gender themes and health protocols in cases of sexual violence. In her clients portfolio are International Organizations dedicated to gender and childhood themes, public executive workers and business associations, among others. She has had participation in emblematic cases of Family Law, Children and Adolescence Law. Cristina is currently one of the most well-known and respected attorneys in Family Law in El Salvador.
Délmer has a Master's degree in Criminology by the Autonomous University of Barcelona and José Matías Delgado from El Salvador. He is professor of Criminal Law in the Superior School of Economy and Business. He has received, in the University of Salamanca, Spain, diverse postgraduate courses in Criminology and Criminal Law; among his areas of interest are Criminal Law, Procedural Criminal Law and Criminology. Currently he is in the process of obtaining his PHD in Law by the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Jose Matías Delgado. In the nineties, he was member of the editor's commissions of the projects of the Criminal Law and the Procedural Criminal Law in the Ministry of Justice. He was also Director of the public education and legal reforms of the Technique Executive Unit of the Justice Sector, Executive Director of Legal Security of the Governance Ministry; legal advisor of the Public Security and Justice Ministry. And Vice-Minister Public Security and Justice Ministry.
He has written diverse consulting papers and trainings such as the European Union programs to consolidate Police Institutions in El Salvador for the development of seminars and trainings on "Due Process and Human Rights". He was member of the editor's commission of the project of the Childhood and Adolescence Code. He is consultant of the Organization of American States (OEA) in the drafting of the study of precedents for a special antiterrorist project, among others consulting papers and investigations.
Mr. Rodríguez has a vast experience as professor, which has permitted him to be appointed as Dean of the Jurisprudence and Social Sciences faculty of the Alberto Masferrer University during period 2004-2006. Also, he has been trainer of the Judicial Training School of the National Judiciary Council and the Initial Programm of Training for Judges of the Judicial Training School of the National Judiciary Council. He has been professor of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law and Criminology in the José Matías Delgado University, Politécnica University and Francisco Gavidia's Universities.
