Lazos Consulting is a Canadian owned and operated company, based in the Greater Toronto Area. Lazos, a Spanish word meaning ties or links, is the link between candidates and companies with the ultimate goal of finding the perfect fit when a job opportunity arises... When the founder, Elsa Garcia, created the company she wanted to give a tribute to her Latin American roots. She started her recruitment career in the mid 1990's in her native country, Mexico. After migrating to Canada in 2002, and working in senior recruitment roles for over 10 years, she decided to start her own boutique firm where her passion for recruitment and customer service would best be utilized. Lazos Consulting provides recruitment services across Canada, United States and Latin America in English, French and Spanish.
