LGRVR Water Supply Corporation was created on November 20, 2018 upon approval by the Public Utility Commission of Texas of the transfer from Fall Creek Utility Company Inc. Fall Creek was an investor owned public utility owned by the Lake Granbury RV Ranch Property Owners Association. LGRVR is a member owned utility owned by the residents of Lake Granbury RV Ranch who are also the members of the POA... At LGRVR Water Supply Corporation, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation... We also contract with 3 rd party vendors for accounting/bookkeeping services and customer service and billing operations. Being a volunteer board these 3 rd party services aid in keeping the day to day work of the board to a minimum. Most of our residents/customers are retired and travel quite a bit but we are able to include traveling board members in our quarterly meetings..
