My clients include anyone who is feeling overwhelmed or stressed along with those struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and substance use. I am a licensed professional counselor and substance abuse counselor who has been working in the mental health field for several years, with experience in outpatient, clinic, and hospital settings. As a therapist, it is essential for me to provide a place for my patients to gain insight and learn the skills to help promote long-lasting change. Through evidence-based therapy, I work with my clients to obtain their personal goals. All of my appointments are through SimplePractice's Telehealth platform.
