A former New Yorker, Denis has over 15 years' experience in North Carolina Real Estate. He also may be the most well-traveled member of our team. From his travels in the Navy, to his career overseas, to his pleasure trips around the world, Denis has seen it all. Although, if you ask him he will tell you that coastal North Carolina is the best place to live in the world.

Born and bred in Brunswick County and a graduate of UNCW, Jerry Helms is truly a local real estate expert. Coastal living is Jerry's passion, and he has created a company whose sole intention is to help people settle into the coastal lifestyle he treasures so much. Born in the Carolinas, John brings 15 years of real estate experience to the team. He loves the coastal lifestyle and enjoys it by spending his free time fishing, surfing, and boating. John's laid-back personality and local knowledge make you feel at ease when looking for a new home.

Although Katie grew up in the New Jersey area she has settled right into the laid-back coastal lifestyle of the Carolinas. A graduate from UNCW, Katie is now working on her master's degree. As a transplant, Katie has an interesting perspective on Coastal Carolina living and can give you an insiders look at living here.

Originally from New York, Maureen has a history of making people feel welcome and has a strong background in the hospitality business. Maureen is our ambassador of first impressions, and she will be here to help make your experience a pleasant one.
