All food tells a story and here at Little Latitudes that rings as true as anywhere, as our Chef/Owner, Christopher "Gator" Black tells his story of growing up on the Gulf Coast of Florida. All of the food created in our kitchens reflect off backgrounds of deep - rooted Southern, Creole and Cajun influences that include African, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Caribbean and Asian cooking techniques and flavors.
