Lumiry Educational Consulting is an independent university admissions advising service that serves university-bound students in grades 8-12 and their families. Lumiry works with U.S. and international students to help them gain admission to their chosen universities using a structured, yet nurturing approach that empowers students to take ownership of their university selection and application progress... Lumiry's founder and university admissions advisor, Walter L. Ingram has been working in the university admissions and advising field since 2003. Always interested in helping high school students, Walter provided university advising services at a local non-profit organization while working full-time as an engineer. In 2012, he was able to make the transition to educational consulting, while also serving as a guidance counselor for an international high school in Singapore.
