With their experience at Li Asian Cuisine, brothers Alejandro and Enrique found their love of creating beautiful sushi, which Jason, as their mentor, helped them come to find. All sharing the same dedication to bringing convenient and fast (but still fresh and made-to-order for every customer) dishes, the idea of Maki House was born.
