MANAGING NEWSROOM DIVERSITY

The Managing Newsroom Diversity project aims to identify and study cases of innovative approaches to diversity management, launched by newsrooms and media organizations with the objective of increasing newsrooms' discursive diversity, including in talent management and programming... European societies are changing at a rapid speed, but progress in diversifying European newsrooms is slow. Innovation is thus needed in diversity and talent management and practical knowledge on the implementation of innovative approaches to diversity management in newsrooms will contribute to journalism remaining a cornerstone of healthy democracies and open societies.
