Esra, who speaks English very well, has the authority of Sworn Financial Advisor and also has the title of Independent Auditor given by the Public Oversight Board. She graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2004 as an honor student. Esra, as the founder of Mak YMM A.Ş, aims to provide high-level consultancy services and solution-oriented work to both local and foreign companies with the organization and business partners she has established with the experience she has gained so far. Before establishing her auditing, consultancy and consultancy organization, Esra worked actively for 16 years under various duties and responsibilities at PwC, an international auditing and consultancy company. She also provides tax and accounting consultancy to national and international companies on the establishment of an R&D center, the implementation of legislation related to Technoparks, and the benefit of R&D incentives, by specializing in R&D and Technoparks after the experience he gained at PwC. She is an expert in Tax Legislation, tax planning, company acquisitions, directing foreign investors, Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements and auditing many sectors. She took an active role in the audits of companies with foreign partners in the construction, energy, tourism, automotive, medical and software sectors.
