The sustainability certificate that was granted to Marmara Original is the result of a two-steps certification. The first certification regards the cultivation methods used and the initial processing. Then there is a certification of the fibre mechanical refining process. The certificate offers private labels the guarantee that the hemp fibre used is sustainable. The brands can claim it on their garments and gain a strong commercial bonus.
