My professional career started in the environmental sector, working internationally for multinationals, governments, and NGOs. Later on, I completed a Ph.D. in Political Science. This research was on Corporate Social Responsibility of Multinational Organizations. More details on my professional career can be read here... However, over the years I have always been interested in nutrition, health, and sports. During the past few years, I made a huge career change and turned my hobby into work. In 2016 I completed the Plant-Based Nutrition course at the T. Colin Cambell Center for Nutrition Studies (eCornell). That same year, I went through a Health Coach training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. A definite career move was made in 2019 when MATS Health Coaching business was started.
