I worked at the research institute Fraunhofer ISE (Institute for Solar Energy Systems) and at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, for seven years, serving as team leader and coordinator of international projects... My 13+ years of experience in research and development (R&D) centres across Europe have given me valuable insights into leading teams, public speaking, mentoring careers, coordinating international projects, and fostering innovation... I am a certified Coach (ICF ACC, EMCC SP) and accredited Team Coach (EMCC ITCA) helping you to GAIN CLARITY and NAVIGATE YOUR CHANGE through Solution-Focused and Awareness-Based models.
