David is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. In addition to his current work as a Mediator, David's career has included law practice in Texas and Florida, and work as both a software engineer and a life-coach. A "seeker," for most of his adult life, David is very involved with various personal growth and men's groups. He has spent the last thirty years gathering, learning, and using tools to aid himself and others in claiming and experiencing the glorious lives we all deserve. Elinor Robin, PhD, LMHC, LMFT - Elinor Robin, PhD, LMHC, LMFT is a Mediator and Mediation Trainer who brings academic depth, small business experience, revolutionary spirit, and a wide range of experiences from within the family, juvenile, civil and criminal courts to her work. She has served on the faculty of mediation symposiums nationally and internationally and has taught mediation to over 13,000 professionals. Elinor is an appointed member of the Florida Supreme Court's Committee on ADR Rules and Policy, a co-founder of the Association of North Central Florida Mediators, and an advanced practitioner member with the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR). With notable experience in handling commercial and business disputes, breach of contract and negligence cases, construction disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, and employment discrimination claims, Mr. George has honed his expertise through a combination of practical experience, licensing, and certification. His dedication to achieving excellence is evident in the breadth of his certifications, which include Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator, ADA coordinator, paralegal, workers' compensation specialist, human resource specialist, conflict management expert, risk management specialist, and construction project manager. What sets Joseph apart from other mediators and arbitrators is his training and certification as a hostage and crisis negotiator, which further amplifies his ability to handle high-pressure situations. As a hostage negotiator, Joseph's responsibility is to defuse situations where individuals have taken hostages or are holding others against their will. Keith Grossman helps families negotiate and manage divorce, child custody, estate planning, and family law issues more comfortably and with honor. He is a Collaborative Attorney, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and Circuit Civil Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, an educator and a Peacemaker. Keith helps his clients "think outside the court" so they don't go broke and are better able to preserve their relationships. LLOYD COMITER - Lloyd became a member of the Florida bar in 1991 and represents small and medium size businesses as well as individuals in business disputes, landlord/tenant matters and other contract litigation matters. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. Lloyd has been rated AV by Martindale Hubbell meaning that he has reached the highest of professional excellence and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity. He was an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University where he taught county mediation training programs. Lloyd frequently lectures on landlord/tenant disputes, small claims disputes and mediation. Lloyd is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association where he is the co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and is a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association where he is the co-chair of the Mentorship Committee. Lloyd is serving his fifth term on The Florida Bar Small Claims Rules Committee and is the former Chair. He is an approved program mediator for The Florida Bar assisting attorneys and their former clients to resolve their fee disputes. The Florida Bar's Grievance Mediation program is provided at no charge to help clients and attorneys solve disputes. Established in 2004, the program is governed by Chapter 14 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and offers attorneys and former clients the means by which to resolve their fee disputes outside of the civil court system. Lloyd serves on Grievance Committee "F" of The Florida Bar in the 17 th Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Florida. The disciplinary process is usually initiated by receipt of an inquiry concerning a Florida lawyer. Local grievance committees are composed of lawyers and nonlawyers and are responsible for continuing the investigation of possible lawyer misconduct referred by Bar discipline attorneys. Additionally, Lloyd is a former Civil Traffic Hearing Officer in Palm Beach County, Florida. Lloyd was honored to be appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida to the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules and Policy for a term that expires in 2026. Chapter 44, Florida Statutes, requires the Supreme Court of Florida to establish rules of practice and procedure for court-ordered mediation and court-ordered arbitration. The Court established the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules and Policy to assist the Court in exercising its powers and performing its duties under the statute. Through Mediation Training Academy, Lloyd's students have come from Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nigeria, New York, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, The Bahamas and the United States Virgin Islands. Additionally, Lloyd worked internationally with other mediators from Canada, Italy and the United States to train Italian mediators in mediation simulations. Lloyd has lived in South Florida since 1967 and is married to Meryl; they have three children. Marquise Steward is a life learner, advocate, and community organizer. From the age of 16, he has worked with the Encampment for Citizenship, an international, non-profit organization for social justice education, as a member of the Board of Directors. He has served as the Youth Advisory Council Representative and liaison as well as many committees. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Pace University, NYC. During his undergraduate studies, he has served as an award-winning student leader and mentor and advocate for federally funded programs such as TRIO - Student Support Services, to help students from low-income, first-generation, and disabled backgrounds. Recently completing his Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University, Marquise served as a graduate assistant for both the Women's Center and Pride Center (formerly LGBTQAI Initiatives) within the Office of Social Justice and Inclusion (Formerly Multicultural Programs and Services) and the Miami community. In addition to his work, he served as the President of the Higher Education Student Association (formerly known as the Student Affairs Graduate Association) and a member of multiple Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committees and initiatives to advocate for his fellow students. Marquise is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator and an Approved Subject Matter Specialist in Circuit Civil Mediation.

Matthew Lundy, Esq. is the managing member of Matthew Lundy Law - QDRO Law, a multi- jurisdictional QDRO law firm. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. He has prepared over 13,000 QDROs in family law cases. Mr. Lundy has lectured on the subject of retirement account division to judges, family law practitioners, and other family law professionals throughout the country. He earned his B.A. degree from Duke University, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. He is also an affiliate member of the Society of Actuaries. Matthew is an Approved Subject Matter Specialist in Family Mediation.

From an early age, Michael knew that she had feelings that were not "normal". In the 1980's there were few resources for transgender people; in many cases, no one knew that transgender people existed. At the age of ten she tried to express feelings of gender dysphoria to a family member and the reaction she received convinced her to hide how she felt for 27 years. Today, Michael happily works at Compass Community Center and is in the process of transitioning from male to female. Unlike many transgender individuals, she goes by any pronoun and is keeping her birth name. She has a BS in Communications and a Masters in Educational Leadership. Michael is a firm believer that transgender people should live openly and proudly when it is healthy for them to do so and advocates for equal rights and better mental health services for transgender people. Roxana Payano is an MBA graduate from California's University of La Verne. She excelled in the real estate industry for over 15 years prior to pursuing her passion in Family Mediation. She is certified as a County, Circuit and Family Mediator. In addition to volunteering for the 18th Judicial Circuit, she is a contract family mediator for the 11th Judicial Circuit mediating dissolution of marriage and child custody issues. Roxana is an Approved Assistant Trainer in County Mediation, an Approved Assistant Trainer in Circuit Civil Mediation and an Approved Assistant Trainer in Family Mediation.

Mr. Glazier is the founder of Glazier Mediation and is a full-time Florida Supreme Court Certified Family, Circuit-Civil and County Mediator. Over the past 15+ years as a mediator, Mr. Glazier has mediated over 1,000 cases in a wide variety of subject matter areas involving: commercial litigation, real estate, divorce and family law, community associations, small business, employment, personal injury and bankruptcy. Mr. Glazier has been a licensed Florida attorney in Palm Beach County for over 33+ years and has extensive litigation experience in administrative hearings, state court, and federal court involving complex issues of law and policy with significant financial exposure. Prior to founding Glazier Mediation, Mr. Glazier was a member of the South Florida Water Management District's in-house legal department for 16 years, and for 7 years served as managing attorney for all litigation. Stephanie completed her undergraduate studies at Florida Gulf Coast University in Legal Studies. Thereafter, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Masters Degree in Legal Studies from Hodges University in Fort Myers. Between the years of 2013 and 2018, Stephanie worked as a Family Law paralegal in Cape Coral, Florida. She held a Florida Registered Paralegal designation with the Florida Bar, and an Advanced Certified Paralegal certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants, specializing in parenting and timesharing issues for family law matters. Stephanie is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family, Dependency, and Circuit Court Mediator throughout the State of Florida. Stephanie previously served as the board president, among other positions, for the Association of Family Law Professionals (founded within the Twentieth Judicial Circuit), in addition to volunteering for ad hoc committees. Stephanie also volunteers as a public speaker on various legal and/or mediation discussions to undergraduate students at Florida Gulf Coast University and Florida Southwestern University. Stephanie has lived in South Florida for 35 years and has been married to her husband Jose for 12 years, raising one daughter together. Bill is a native Floridian from Fort Lauderdale where he practiced law after graduating from Stetson University College of Law in January 1977, the day it snowed in South Florida. Bill obtained his BS Adv. from the College of Journalism and Communication at the University of Florida in 1974. He was a partner with his father and brother for more than a decade, then of counsel to their firm for another decade, predominately co-counseling with one of the associates on business law litigation. Bill's practice remains general: Business Law, Family Law, Real Estate, Wills, Probate and now Mediations. Bill became a certified mediator in County, Circuit and Family mediations in 1995. Since relocating to Gainesville, his pro bono efforts have increased. He serves as general counsel to Dance Alive National Ballet and The Levy County Historical Society is a current board member and former Co-President Friends of Theater and Dance, College of The Arts, University of Florida. Bill is also a former President of Gator Town Gators and a volunteer County Court Mediator for Alachua, Bradford, Levy and Union Counties. As to his spare time, Bill reads history and philosophy.
