Ernie Fears

Ernie Fears is an accomplished media sales executive that understands all facets of media. He has successfully managed staffs for media giants such as ABC, CBS, Emmis Broadcasting to name a few. He has spent 30+ years mentoring and training some of the industries leaders of today. Ernie has developed relationships all across the country and has been an instrumental component is some of the strongest media campaigns in the region. Ernie's approach to a client's business is challenging, aggressive and innovative. Over the course of his career, he has billed over $50 million for clients in the region. He will take the time to LISTEN and provide solutions, which is needed more than ever in today's challenging and changing climate. Ernie will leverage his knowledge, winning spirit and relationships and intertwine these ingredients into a winning campaign for you and your client. Wherever Ernie has been, regardless of the position, he successfully over-achieved gained strong relationships that made clients succeed. Fears started he journey in media sales after he received his MBA Degree with Concentration in Marketing from Howard University. His first job in media was as a retail sales account executive for the Washington DC ABC O&O Radio Station, WMAL AM. He moved on to become a senior account executive for EMMIS Broadcast, WAVA FM and stayed 5 years before the station was sold to Salem Broadcast. Fears returned to the ABC Radio Group in DC a few years later as a senior seller for one of the top billing station in the market, WRQX FM. Fears excelled in account relationships, large agency specialist and new business development. After five years as a successful seller at WRQX, Fears moved down the hall to become the Sales Development Manager for sister station WMAL AM. Within 9 months Fears was promoted to the LSM position. One year later, Fears was promoted to General Sales Manager, which under his guidance, WMAL AM had some of its highest billing achievements in station history. WMAL AM was the 5th highest billing station in the market, which is an amazing compliment to his leadership, relationship and the ability motivate a staff of professionals to succeed. Ernie was then recruited to lead the sales team at the Local CBS Radio Station, WJFK. He was instrumental in flipping the format from Guy-Talk to Sports-Talk. Fears took the station from billing less than $5million to $12 million in 2 years. Another tribute to his ability to project a forward vision that will help you and your company achieve your goals. Ernie loves playing golf and going to the movies with his wife Patti, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Diaconate Board and Finance Board at Fellowship Baptist Church. He is a speaker/facilitator at the NABEF/Howard University "Media Sales Institute". Fears served two years on the National Kidney Foundation DC Branch. Served four years as the Assistant to the Treasurer and VP of Communications for the NAACP. Media Fears, want to be the only fears, you'll have with your media and marketing campaigns.

Michael R. White

Michael White is a native Washingtonian and is a graduate of Hampton University. In 1990, Pastor White married the love of his life (Gina White) and started his Media Sales career. (For over 30 years, he has had the pleasure of working with global media brands such as Clear Channel Media, ABC Radio, Infinity/CBS Radio and Urban One/Radio One. Although Michael has had the opportunity to work with iconic multi-international brands such as McDonald's, BMW, Macy's, Sprint and Geico, just to name a few, his passion is working with and developing marketing campaigns for small businesses, which he believes in the backbone of our economy.) In 1994, shortly after accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior then Brother and Sister White joined From the Heart Church Ministries, formerly known as Full Gospel AME Zion Church. As a member of the church, Pastor White served in numerous ministries throughout the church. In September 2018, Pastor and Sister White were assigned to shepherd the flock at From the Heart Church Ministries of Waldorf. Pastor and Sister White are the proud parents of two brilliant, beautiful, and blessed children, Brandyn (daughter) and Brian (son). Both of which are now married and eager to bless their parents with a bunch of grandchildren.

Patti Fears

Patti Fears established Media Fears after nearly ten years as a principal of CPMedia Services a full service advertising agency. CPMedia Services client list included NBC4, United Medical Center Foundation, and Thompson Hospitality to name a few. Patti was an accomplished sales manager, goal-oriented professional with 25 years of sales experience. She has an excellent reputation as a creative, highly motivated success oriented individual with extensive experience implementing the major market sales process, and creating and executing promotions. Her experience includes working with SLK Communications, The Adams Group, WMZQ-AM/FM, Next Generation Network, WGMS-AM/FM, and Vivalavoca.com. While at SLK Communication, in Houston, TX, Patti and the owner grew the agency from a two person shop to a five person agency increasing revenue by 175%. After only two years she came back to the east coast as a media buyer for the Adams Group. It was there that Patti decided she wanted to have an agency of her own. While waiting for the opportunity she was offered a position at WMZQ-AM/FM. Her commitment to client service was an asset. She received several achievement awards while there but decided to leave to blaze new trails with emerging media. Because of her strong relationships, work ethic and creativity she was hired by NGN to introduce a new medium to the Washington, DC market. She quickly excelled by bringing in the most revenue from a single client in the company. Patti was once again hired away by WGMS-AM/FM as their national sales manager. She quickly moved up the ranks to General Sales Manager never losing her passion for sales. Her other achievements include; development of sale strategy for internet only radio station, special recognition for budget achievement by Bonneville International Corporation, Inc., President of the Ad Club of Metropolitan Washington. Her unparalleled industry reputation, strong negotiation skills, solid experience in outreach marketing, insider's perspective, and familiarity multiplatform solutions make her an asset to any project.
