MINDSEER is a mental wellness initiative of a healthy food startup FRISKANO, founded by alumnus of IIT Bombay. Our mission is to work towards improving mental wellness of people by utilizing ancient Yoga based techniques integrated with modern approach of positive psychology. We believe that every person has the right to empower themselves with scientific Yogic tools that enhances the quality of their life. Our founder learned from many years of his own experience how various techniques of Yoga like Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation not only brings overall well being but also helps in steering through the tough phases of life.
