I am a throwback to yesteryear in many aspects of life. I enjoy classic cars from the 1960s. If I am cruising in my '61 Ford Falcon, you can bet that some ‘60s soul is flowing through the speakers. I also long for the way things used to be in many aspects of life, as well. Midtowne Butcher is our way of revisiting a way of business, where the customer is not only provided a good, but a service as well. We believe that the best food enhances every gathering, picnic, or date night. We specialize in quality meats that we envision being grilled over an open flame, making your meal an experience worthy to be shared with friends and family. These memories that we hope to assist you in making are the sole reason for the creation of Midtowne Butcher. That same throwback persona is fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit that not only reminisces of "the way things were" but wants to recreate it. We want to recreate it for our customers that remember and now long for it and also form new experiences..
