She is a prolific writer in connection with family law issues and has significant subject matter experience when dealing with complex child custody issues. Carolyn has appeared in various state and appellate courts across the United States. Carolyn is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Crystal's general practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation. She has appeared in municipal, state and federal courts and has participated in writing appellate briefs. She worked briefly for the Las Vegas City Attorney and did appellate work for an international law firm before joining a regional firm that provided a wide range of litigation services to clients throughout Nevada, California, Utah and Arizona. In 2012, Crystal moved to New York to focus on First Amendment law and estate litigation.

Frank practices in the areas of civil litigation and estate matters. His practice has included appellate arguments in New York and California. After graduating from law school, Frank was the Law Secretary to the Hon. Louis Grossman, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County. Thereafter, he practiced personal injury litigation related to construction, automobile and premises accidents. Most recently, Frank has represented several charitable organizations in connection with complex civil litigation.

Gerard's practice focuses on all facets of civil litigation. He started off as a solo practitioner appearing in both lower and appellate courts in Washington, D.C. and more recently in New York. Gerard also has experience handling immigration matters and administrative matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Gerard is fluent in French.
Joel's practice primarily focuses on civil litigation in New York & New Jersey. He has also appeared in various state and appellate courts across the United States with permission. Prior to joining the firm, he provided general counsel services to several large corporations in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York. He began his career as an associate with a boutique commercial litigation firm in northern New Jersey, before moving in-house with the largest utility company in New Jersey.
Joel is a graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court that focuses on trial advocacy, civility, professionalism and ethics.

John practices in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and estate matters. He has tried cases in state and federal courts in Wisconsin, Texas and New York. John started out as an assistant district attorney for five years and then practiced as a criminal defense attorney in Wisconsin. After relocating to Texas, John tried numerous civil cases and some state and federal criminal cases. In New York he has served as in-house counsel for a non-profit corporation and serves various private clients.

Joe practices in the area of civil litigation. He previously worked in the areas of probate, real estate, business law for small businesses and estate planning. Joe also worked as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem and Youth Attorney representing children from birth to 18 years old in foster care and dependents of the State of New Mexico.

Karen's practice primarily focuses on civil litigation. She has tried several cases to verdict in state and federal court. Immediately prior to joining the firm, she was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida. Karen has also practiced at law firms where she handled a variety of matters including personal injury, commercial litigation, claims against foreign governments, and white collar criminal defense. She also previously served as a two-year term law clerk to a United States District Judge.
In law school, Karen was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. She completed her undergraduate studies first in her class.

Tae's practice primarily focuses on laws governing wills, trusts, estates and elder law. He is a former partner of a New York elder law firm and served as a member of the adjunct faculty at City University of New York, School of Professional Studies, where he taught elder law. He has been appointed by judges of the Supreme Court of the State of New York to serve as Court Evaluator in guardianship cases involving seniors suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other serious disabilities. He has served as a lecturer for government Medicaid agency officials and staff members, attorneys, CPAs and social workers.
