Ariana Breslin is the Compliance Coordinator at Modern Recovery Services. Ariana began her professional career in substance abuse when she started her own sobriety journey in July of 2019. Since then, she has gained a strong passion to contribute to the wellbeing of others and their mental health. Ariana is most happy when she is helping others gain and maintain their sobriety. Ariana volunteers as a sponsor for woman in recovery and her work experience includes recovery coaching, case management, group facilitation and program management. She has taken on House Manager responsibilities for adult and teen Rehab centers providing support to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health.
Currently, Ariana ensures compliance with Modern Recovery's intensive outpatient program and the partial hospitalization program while also assisting with key day to day responsibilities. She is committed to ensuring a caring mental health treatment experience for the clients that is of the highest quality and allows them a safe and structured place to gain skills to live happier healthier lives. Ariana is originally from New Mexico, but moved to the Phoenix area where she plans to stay. In her free time Ariana loves to travel the world and find new adventures. Ariana also has a 4-pound chihuahua named Chika that she loves to spend time with.

Austin Parrow is a Case Manager with Modern Recovery Services. Austin was born and raised in Arizona. Austin brings a wide variety of experiences with him, beginning his career working as a surgical nurse and later working as a teacher on the east coast to return to healthcare working primarily with Phoenix's HIV and Homeless population during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to joining the team at Modern Recovery Services Austin took all his skills to an inpatient behavioral health hospital where he worked in many different positions and gained experience conducting groups and providing quality patient care to each patient that entered.
Austin has struggled with mental health issues his entire life. Today he is a proud advocate for mental health awareness and views himself as a mental health warrior. When Austin is not engaging with clients he enjoys traveling around Arizona and exploring all Arizona has to offer and spending time with family and friends.
Austin has seen firsthand what mental health maintenance and recovery can do when individuals give themselves permission to begin the healing journey, here's his message to you: "Take it one step at a time and understand we do not fail; we fall and what happens when we fall? We get back up and continue the journey. I look forward to supporting you in your recovery journey!"
Braedon is a Group Facilitator at Modern Recovery Services, where he helps guide clients in their individual journey of growth and discovery. Having grown up near the Navajo reservation in New Mexico, he has helped individuals across the southwest, including Utah and Arizona.

Brenna Whiffen is a therapist at Modern Recovery Services, where she facilitates group and individual sessions with adolescents and mediates family therapy. She has experience with inpatient, outpatient, and now partial-hospitalization levels of care.
Brenna enjoys doing crafts, watching movies with her husband, and cuddling with her two cats. She loves the warmth of Arizona after growing up in snowy Wisconsin.

Joe Canale is the Executive Director who works to provide leadership to Modern Recovery Services and cultivate team-oriented systems and processes. Joe protects the overall vision of the founders to provide individualized mental health and substance misuse disorder treatment and foster a community that supports recovery from addiction, trauma, and mental health issues.
Joe believes the work Modern does in pre/post-discharge guidance in treatment options helps clients during the most vulnerable times in the recovery process. Joe is Peer Support Trained, DBT trained. Lena Moses holds a Masters degree in Education and a Bachelors degree in Psychology. Lena also has extensive training and credentials in Child Development, Reiki, Birth and Postpartum Care, Peer Support and Trauma-Informed Adolescent Transport.
After working for years as an Early Childhood Administrator, College Admissions Counselor and Case Manager, Lena is now our Director of Community Relations.
Lena is a strong mental health and recovery advocate, bringing her passion for helping families and connecting people to her role at Modern Recovery Network. She lives in Arizona with her husband, two daughters and black lab and enjoys reading, musicals and traveling. Lena strongly believes in meeting people where they are in their journey and honoring their individuality.

Mike Rudisill is a Case Manager for Modern Recovery Services, who is also in Recovery from substance use disorder along with other disorders. Mike is originally from Ogden UT and moved to Wyoming to go to Nursing School. He began working at a residential treatment center during nursing school and found his passion for working with people struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
Mike enjoyed engaging with clients and planning weekend adventures including camping. He later decided working with those struggling with addiction and other disorders like himself was his calling and left the medical field. Mike is dedicated to continuing this path of recovery with sharing the Gift of Hope to others struggling and meeting them where they are. Mike enjoys helping provide resources to encourage others; recovery and knowing long term recovery is possible and beautiful. He encourages each client to let their voice be fully heard with support.
