MNUMERIC

Made from a welded 6061 T6 aluminium frame the MNU1 is robust enough to handle any job and has been designed specifically to machine harder alloys including steel. With a maximum stock size capability of 320mm W x 220mm D x 120mm H it has room enough for most jobs and is the largest working area in its class. It also has an additional 90mm of table space either side for tool holding clamp placement or job overhang, giving it an overall bed width of 500mm. This extra bed width is also very handy when it comes to using additional tooling like our rotary 4th axis and 5 axis trunnion as the axis drives do not encroach into the work area giving you more usable space... The MNU1 has a custom machine spindle that is also available with an automatic draw bar providing the machine with automatic tool change capability. Fitted with a BT30 tool holder it has the flexibility to handle a variety of tooling.
