Montague Street Private Partners is not a traditional Private Equity shop. Instead of utilizing financial leverage we deploy family office assets to support and grow our portfolio companies. Unlike private equity, we do not have a fixed fund life, and plan on owning the companies for multiple generations... Montague Street Private Partners is focused on high growth businesses; we aim to provide capital through growth equity investments or full buy outs of small businesses in the business services sector that we will manage, grow and take to the next level... We believe in building businesses that will last, which is why we have a preference for "must have services" with track records of recurring revenue, revenue growth and profitability. At MSPP, we search for businesses in fragmented industries, as we believe our operational and acquisition experience will allow us to gain market share.
