Abi Goffinet is a Director supporting client partners in the delivery of executive search, organizational intelligence, and leadership advisory solutions.
Prior to joining Modern, Abi started her career at TritonExec, where she delivered executive searches in the Professional Services and Financial Technology industries.
She received her B.A. in Political Science and Art History from Colgate University. In her free time, Abi is an avid museum-goer and enjoys cooking with friends.
Ainsley is an Associate Director based in Nashville. Her career in the search industry began supporting a top-five US search firm as an executive assistant for two years in Atlanta. She gained experience assisting in c-suite level searches ranging from clients such as, Softbank and WeWork.
Previously, Ainsley worked at GS&F Advertising and 21C Museum Hotels in Nashville, as well as Mona Loring Communications and Public Relations in Los Angeles. She supported clients such as, Hunt Brothers Pizza, Tractor Supply, Chad Michael Murray, Megan Markle, and Garcelle Beauvais in media relations, social media, and communications.
Ainsley received her bachelor's degree in public relations from The University of Tennessee.

With over a decade and a half of experience advising executives and businesses, AJ specializes in designing, creating, and refining top team talent strategy.
Prior to joining Modern, AJ spent 7 years at McKinsey & Company focused on advising senior executives and boards on growth strategy and top team talent. During his tenure at McKinsey, he co-founded and led McKinsey Talent Services which evolved their top team talent approach to take a holistic view from corporate strategy and top team design through re-org implementation to execution and operating model. He also co-founded and led an incubator for next gen talent concepts driving several innovations in capability building and further expanding the talent offering.
Before joining McKinsey, AJ spent over a decade advising executives on their personal finances and compensation packages and family businesses owners on how to structure and operate for success. He continues to have a passion for advising his clients on how they can achieve success both in and beyond the office.

Alec Pikus is an Associate based in Atlanta for the Modern team. He assists with supporting partners in executive search, organizational intelligence, and talent solutions.
Previously, Alec worked at Aston Carter as a Recruiter within Operations and Administrative business. He focused on finding talent while providing high quality communication to hiring managers, and clients.
Alec received a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from Rollins College.
Alena Silverbush is an Associate Director based in New York for the Modern team. She supports client partners in the delivery of executive search, leadership advisory solutions, and organizational intelligence.
Prior to Modern Alena worked at a New York City-based tech-forward veterinary start-up where she was in charge of overseeing day-to-day operations as well as client experience and communication.
She's passionate about technology which led her to successfully graduate from Flatiron software engineering and web development bootcamp in New York. Alena majored in English with a minor in French at the Omsk State University in Siberia, Russia. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, and skiing.
With 5 years of search experience spanning early-stage startups and established organizations, Alex Barry is a vital part of talent and operations teams. Her expertise lies in crafting client-focused strategies, establishing processes, onboarding and training, and identifying top talent for screening and presentation.
Before entering the world of search, Alex honed her talents in sales and business development at technology companies and advisory firms. Her professional evolution took her from a sales development role, advancing to individual contributor positions before ultimately transitioning into a career in executive search and recruiting.
Outside of work, Alex is an avid reader and enjoys experiencing all that her home of Chicago has to offer with her husband. Traveling with family and friends is a cherished pastime as well, reflecting a passion for both personal and professional discovery.

Alicia is an Associate Director based in New York supporting the Technology Practice at Modern. She supports client partners in the delivery of executive search, organizational intelligence, and leadership advisory solutions.
Prior to joining Modern, Alicia started her career as an Executive Assistant and specialized in applying astute tactics to alleviate the workload of her executives. Her organizational skills and attention to detail helped her thrive in all her previous roles and inspired her to go into research.
Alicia received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Adelphi University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, Pepper as well as going to and watching New York Knick games.

Alison is a seasoned business professional with over 12 years of experience in Human Resources. Most recently, working with a privately held Fin-Tech company where she excelled in fostering supportive employee relations, driving performance management and strategizing compensation planning. Alison specializes in providing accurate payroll services for global employees, maintaining compliance, and optimizing efficiency across diverse regulatory environments. She also has successfully led several HRIS implementation projects, significantly enhancing the operational capabilities and data management processes of the organizations she has worked with.
Alison is a Senior Partner leading Modern's Talent Consulting. She partners with organizations ranging from large, publicly traded companies to privately held companies to attract and develop talent.
Prior to joining Modern, Alison was a Managing Partner at a large global search firm where she led teams placing talent into c-suite and direct report roles. Previously, Alison founded a consulting and search firm focused on the Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement functions. In the first half of her career, Alison was a management consultant at Accenture leading operational transformation projects for clients across Consumer, Industrial and Technology companies. She began her career in various positions in PepsiCo's supply chain organization.
Alison is passionate about contributing to non-profit organizations dedicated to children's needs, particularly for underserved communities. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Amiel Dixon is an Associate Director based in Brooklyn, NY. She supports client partners in the delivery of executive search, organizational analysis, and leadership advisory solutions. She has experience in human resources, program management and is passionate about solving problems especially in DE&I efforts and non-profits.
Amiel received her BA in Psychology with a concentration on Mind, Culture and Society and a minor in African & African American Studies from Stanford University.

Anna, a Dallas native, is a Client Relations Associate at Modern. Before joining, she served as a Content Media & Event Coordinator at a local elementary school, where she managed the school's website, social media accounts, and newsletters to ensure clear and engaging communication with the community. In this role, she was also instrumental in planning and organizing school events, handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, and driving participation to ensure successful outcomes.
Anna earned her bachelor's degree in communications from Texas Tech University. While at Texas Tech, she was an active member of the Tri Delta sorority, where she contributed to fundraising efforts for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Outside of her professional life, Anna enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and exploring new destinations through travel.

Anthony is an energetic, competitive, and courageous leader who enjoys building both internal and external relationships to deliver transformation results through talented PEOPLE. His career has spanned commercial leadership, search, talent strategy, and people development with deep expertise within the industrial industry along with a passion for DEI.
Prior to joining Modern, he was at US Steel where he was selected for the CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellowship. Previously, Anthony was VP, Sales, Marketing & Business Development at US Steel where his responsibility included all Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain activity for their multi-billion dollar Automotive, Packaging, & Appliance Commercial Segments; accomplished through organization development and talent optimization.
Previously, Anthony was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Arconic's innovative Forgings and Extrusions Business (AFE). After successfully reintegrating himself into the business, Anthony transitioned to lead a small P&L inside of AFE while also maintaining Global Marketing responsibility. As AFE grew both organically, and through mergers, Anthony was asked to lead NA Sales and key Customer Accounts along with his global marketing duties. In 2017, Anthony took the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for AFE's entire $1.2 billion customer portfolio.
While Anthony is an executive coach and speaker in his spare time, he is honored to be on the Executive Board of Chicago LINK Unlimited, a non-profit with tremendous success in providing LINK Scholars the resources they need to be successful in high school and outpace their peers in college graduation rates. He recently was the Keynote Speaker for the Spokane Public School System annual STEM Gala. Additionally, he is an active member with the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and was previously on the executive boards of the NSBE Board of Corporate Affiliates, the Aluminum Association of America, and the Can Manufacturers Institute.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Santa Clara University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing/electronic commerce from Seattle University.
Archer McFall is a Senior Partner with a rich career in executive search and strategic talent advisory. He works cross-industry, specializing in deep dive talent intelligence capabilities to recruit the top digital, data, technology & product executives for PE, VC and Public clients.
Prior to Modern, Archer was Managing Director of ZRG Partners' Technology & Digital Officers Practice and Global Technology Services Practice. Archer served as the Principal within a top global boutique specializing in technology, digital and product executive search, working closely with the CEO to build out a significant industrial, technology and consumer practice. He began his search career with Russell Reynolds.
Archer received a BA degree in English Literature from Colgate University, where he played NCAA Division 1 Varsity Tennis. He has always been interested in private equity and venture capital. He has invested in the B and D rounds of Alto Pharmacy, led by SoftBank, is Limited Partner of FinTech asset management platform with over $100m in AUM, and been an Angel Investor of an early stage EdTech platform company. Archer is passionate about building businesses with diverse leadership, disruptive technologies, and strategic capital.

Bask Iyer is a renowned technology executive, leading enterprise-wide transformations in digital systems at numerous companies in Silicon Valley. He was the former CIO and Chief Digital Transformation Officer at VMware, where he was the single point of accountability for company-wide, end-to-end operations, Information Technology, systems and tools. In addition, was also responsible for driving collaboration across multiple functions and accelerating the company's SaaS transformation and M&A integration. He also served as Chief Information Officer for Dell Technologies, holding responsibilities as a General Manager for Edge and the Internet of Things team.
Prior to Dell, Bask was a Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Juniper Networks, where he delivered a transformation program for the company to scale for growth by industrializing core business operations. He also spent 11 years as Group Chief Information Officer for Honeywell, overseeing the overall IT operations and strategy. In addition to Modern, Bask is an advisor and mentor for an array of technology companies, including ThoughtSpot, Automation Anywhere, Zoom Video Communications, and Financial Software and Systems.
Brendan is a Senior Associate specializing in Talent Acquisition and Operations. Starting his professional career as an Executive Recruiting Coordinator at Otis Elevator Company, he has navigated through a variety of roles, including customer success, sales, operations, data analysis, and recruiting. His experiences range from the close-knit environment of a small business and the dynamic pace of tech startups to the structured discipline of a Fortune 500 company.
Regardless of the role or the company, he's always valued building connections, believing that true professional service extends beyond just the tasks at hand. Brian has spent his entire professional career in executive recruiting, focused primarily on operations, strategy, research, and knowledge management.
He began his journey with Heidrick & Struggles, one of the top five global leadership advisory firms, and made a transition into research within the firm's Consumer Markets Practice. He then moved from an industry focus to a functional one, leading practice and knowledge management for Heidrick's Marketing, Sales & Strategy Officers Practice. In 2017, he was recruited to join Allegis Partners, an executive recruiting firm under the umbrella of the Allegis Group staffing conglomerate, where he rebuilt and led the research & knowledge management team and contributed to the company's evolving strategy and operations. In 2021, Brian joined SwingSearch, an executive recruiting firm focused on placing primarily go-to-market executives at venture capital-backed startups and was tasked with taking operations and technology to the next level while leading and growing the research team.
Brian earned his B.S. from Quinnipiac University, majoring in International Business with a minor in Marketing. An avid New York sports fan who was never all that great playing any sports himself, Brian now resides in southern New Jersey with his wife, two sons, a couple of cats, and a dog. The pets like his wife and kids way more than they like him, and he is comfortable with that.
Briana, an experienced and accomplished Project Manager based in Atlanta, brings extensive experience managing diverse projects across multiple domains. Notably, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing Modern's innovative talent strategy offering, the ACE approach, in collaboration with the CHRO practice lead.
Starting as a Client Relations Manager at Modern, Briana made significant contributions to not only supporting HR related searches, but also streamlining and enhancing consulting services. With previous roles at McKinsey & Company, Baycare Health System, and CareSync, she has provided strategic support to clients in finance, healthcare, and communications sectors.
Briana holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The University of South Florida.

Brianna Jenkins serves as a Contracts Specialist as part of Modern's Legal and Finance team. She holds five years of expertise in legal and contracts, with knowledge within the consulting, staffing, construction, and healthcare industries. In her prior roles, Brianna worked diligently to limit company risk and liability, ensure overall contract compliance and alignment, create and manage processes, and find opportunities for cost-savings. She is passionate about building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating as a team to achieve organizational success.
Brianna earned her Master's in Public Policy Analysis from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to her graduate studies, Brianna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Brianna has also earned a Paralegal Certificate, as well as a Certificate in Metropolitan Planning and Development throughout her academic career.
Outside of her career, Brianna makes it a priority to give back to the community through volunteering at her local humane society as an Adoption Assistant. She enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her 6-year-old puppy, Keeno.

Brooke Sabina is an Associate Director based in Boston, Massachusetts. She supports client partners in the delivery of research- and data-driven organizational analysis and leadership advisory solutions. Prior to joining Modern, Brooke worked in London delivering executive search mandates across the nonprofit sector, with expertise in international arts and culture organizations. She engages clients and candidates with an adaptable and reflective approach, grounded in her commitment to fostering inclusive leadership and creating more diverse, high-performing organizations.
She has also spent several years in heritage research, engagement and preservation, including roles with the Royal Collection Trust and Historic New England, where she focused on developing programs, events and policy to increase access for diverse audiences.
Brooke holds a BA in English and History from Hillsdale College and an MSc in History from the University of Glasgow. Outside of work, Brooke loves travelling, climbing mountains, reading and working with her hands.

Caroline is a Managing Director and member of the Technology Practice.
Prior to Modern, Caroline spent 10 years at Google. She started as a Sales Analyst working with Fortune 500 finance clients. Most recently, she was the Google Nest Staffing Lead working with Nest Leaders on talent acquisition strategy.
Caroline earned her B.S. in Finance at the University of Florida and her MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Carson Golden is a Partner with deep specialism in leadership assessment, integration & coaching services. Carson has 20 years of human capital and talent management experience through both in-house and professional services roles.
Prior to joining Modern, Carson was a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry based in their Atlanta office for 9 years. Previously, Carson served as Leadership Development Consultant at Bank of America. She began her career in the Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting.
Carson received a BS degree in Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
Carson has served as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion community of practice at Korn Ferry and has delivered career mobility and mastery solutions for women and underrepresented talent. She is inspired to deliver an executive search process that not only places exceptional underrepresented talent, but also lays the foundation for their long-term success.

Cassidy Bebo is an Associate Director based in New York, NY. She supports client partners in the delivery of executive search, leadership assessment, integration, and coaching. She has experience in executive consulting, recruitment, and research as well as analysis into leadership teams and cultural effectiveness to achieve strategy and business goals.
Cassidy received her BA in Politics with a concentration in Philosophy, Lit, and Legal from Bates College. She completed a thesis her senior year that dealt with Politics in Emotions and why female leaders are still deemed too emotional to run for office. She also competed as a Division 1 athlete for the Bates Ski Team. She is passionate about identifying hidden trends and meanings and thrives in collaborative team environments that allow her to build relationships and understand different dynamics.

Based in South Carolina, Cassie brings over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Chief People Officer and Operations and Strategy practices at Modern. Previously, she supported top partners within a top Global Executive Search firm helping manage client communication and successful candidate placement. She focuses on building and maintaining successful relationships with both client and candidates alike.
Cassie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Catawba college. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking trips to the beach.
Cecelia Martin is a Senior Director at Modern working in the HR space with over ten years experience in organization and management consulting.
Prior to joining Modern, Cecelia was a Senior Management Consultant with Gallup, working with clients across the nation to increase organizational performance through change management and manager development, designing solutions to help client companies strengthen organizational culture and improve employee, physician, and patient engagement. Her portfolio included several large organizations in the healthcare, post-secondary higher education, and government industries.
Cecelia received her bachelor's degree in human communication studies with a minor in Afro-ethnic studies from California State University, Fullerton. She obtained her master's in leadership and organizational studies from Azusa Pacific University.
Cecelia served as a member of Gallup's Diversity Advisory Council, where she partnered with a select group of leaders within Gallup to identify creative and effective ways to build awareness and create behavioral change on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion among Gallup associates across the U.S. It is this drive to create more inclusion and accessibility in career advancement that led her to Modern.

Charlotte is an Operations & CX Manager at Modern. In this role, she supports the search teams in all execution and delivery efforts. Prior to Modern, Charlotte worked as an EA within executive search supporting the C-Suite and Partner level. She started her career in recruitment managing busy interim desks within support.
Charlotte has a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Kent.
Christiane is a Director in our Technology and Global HR practices focused on identifying and recruiting CIOs, CISOs, CHROs, and senior executive technology and HR leaders.
Prior to joining Modern, Christiane was a Senior Recruiter at ZRG Partners executing engagements for technology companies and tech-enabled businesses. Previously she was Vice President with Agility Executive Search recruiting for corporate boards. Earlier in her career, Christiane was a Director at leadership development firm, WJM Associates, a Strategy and Change Consultant at IBM Global Services and an Associate at Morgan Stanley.
A native of Germany, Christiane earned her BA from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (JGU) in Germany and her MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
With over 10 years coaching and 20 years as a business leader within Fortune 100 companies, Cindy brings a blend of business acumen and pragmatism to her coaching practice. Cindy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is certified in multiple assessment tools including Hogan, DiSC, CliftonStrengths, and Team Effectiveness Survey Assessment. Prior to Results-Based Coaching (RBC) Associates, Cindy led the internal executive coaching practice at Fidelity Investments where she served as the lead executive coach.
Cindy enjoys working with all levels of leadership on maximizing their leadership skills, successful transitions, and career management. Her coaching philosophy begins with a simple premise: People are limitless. She helps leaders grow through psychometric assessments, 360 feedback, & self-discovery, and together create an actionable and sustainable plan for success.
Prior to coaching, Cindy had experience managing a team, P&L responsibilities, Product Development, M&A, Operations, Quality Assurance, HR, Talent Management and Leadership Development. It is these experiences that make her a credible coach to many of her clients having sat in their seat.

Conner is a Senior Associate based in Atlanta, GA. He is responsible for supporting Modern's financial operations.
Prior to working at Modern, Conner started his career at Deloitte, where he was responsible for financial management of several large-scale technology transformations across the consumer and life sciences industries. He brings experience in the areas of engagement economics, pricing, and financial modeling.
Conner earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Georgia. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, ultimate frisbee, hiking, and rollerblading.
Coree Moses is a Director in the Sports, Media & Entertainment Practice at Modern. While he has supported search clients in many industries, he brings a unique passion for and connection to the Sports, Media, and Entertainment space.
He has led and contributed to executive search and consulting projects for C suite and supporting roles for some of the world's most well-known clients in Media and Technology. His positive, can-do perspective leads to solution-oriented discussions in sectors facing transformation and expansion in today's economy.
Prior to joining Modern, he was a Global Business Development Associate at SRI for the Media, Entertainment, and Technology practice. In this role, he was responsible for both market and client-facing projects.
Coree holds a BA degree in Economics from Colgate University, where he was a student-athlete playing Cornerback for the Division 1 Football team. He is currently a board member for the EAIFO and CCAFO officiating crew, refereeing both NCAA and High School football programs in the Northeast region.

Dan Rubin is a Senior Partner in Chicago. He has over 30 years of experience helping clients deliver results through their people and uncovering and addressing their key talent issues.
Dan works to address strategic issues related to talent management, aiding companies in achieving growth from within. He provides clients with essential resources to tackle their most pressing talent challenges, including executive talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, assessment and development, and corporate culture. Dan also helps clients to integrate HR solutions within a broader talent ecosystem.
Prior to joining Modern, Dan held several leadership roles in prominent consulting/search firms, serving as a consultant, account leader, and business unit leader. He has provided consulting services to clients across diverse industries, including the world's largest publicly traded employer, other Fortune 500 companies, and emerging start-ups.
Having previously lived in London, Dan has extensive experience working with organizations throughout Europe. He is a frequent contributor to thought leadership on critical industry issues and a regular presenter at major industry conferences.
Dan earned an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Operations Management. He also earned a BA degree in Journalism with a minor in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.

Daniel Rich is a Managing Director at Modern supporting the Operations and Marketing Practice. Based in Dallas, Texas, Daniel brings over 12 years of retained search experience supporting leaders across Fortune 500, private equity backed, and private organizations. Prior to joining Modern, Daniel was a Principal Search Consultant at DHR Global, where he executed executive searches within their Private Equity Practice, later having a primary functional focus within Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Daniel earned his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University where he remains a passionate athletics supporter and is active within their Alumni Network.
Daniel is an active supporter of the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys traveling with family, cooking, and golf.

Danny is a recognized leader in the learning and development space, being called on frequently to discuss such topics as leadership development, vertical growth, organizational talent planning, training methods, and enterprise change management. Most recently, Danny created a leadership academy for a credit union. The results of this leadership academy included the promotion of over 60% of the attendees, including one internal promotion to the executive suite. Attendees of the program were mainly diverse candidates, and the program assisted underrepresented populations achieve higher performance ratings, promotions, and helped change the look of the leadership team. As an organizational development leader, Danny has created and implemented positional success factor models, created and launched new talent planning processes, and helped create succession plans.
