Barry previously served as the Director of Business Development and Senior Vice-President of Operations of CryptoLogic Inc. (AYA: NASDAQ), one of Canada's most profitable public internet businesses.

Bill Lawrence

Bill started his professional career in the pharmaceutical sector. He then branched into the hospitality industry in White Rock, BC. During that time he was also a two-term Alderman for the City of White Rock. Bill has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA.

Brian Moskowitz

Brian obtained his MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS and then started his career at Roynat Capital Inc., Canada's largest term lender and merchant bank. In 1999 he joined Quorum Funding as Vice President, Investments, where he co-managed a $30 million subordinated debt real estate fund. In 2002 Brian founded Moskowitz Capital employing the principles of being a "common sense" and ethical lender. Brian has loaned $260 million, mainly into Atlantic Canada. Brian has combined traditional credit methods, storybook lending and grass roots marketing to achieve exceptional results.

Don McLauchlin

He has 20 years experience in branch operations with Transamerica (AEG: NYSE) and Roynat Capital (BNS: TSE) and 17 years in Executive Management with Roynat Capital. Past and present positions include, but are not limited to: Roynat Capital's Executive Committee; Director of Credit Valley Golf & Country Club; Board Member of Consolidated Fastfrate; Director of Toronto Chapter of ACG (Association for Corporate Growth); President of Big Brothers of Canada, Edmonton Agency.

Josh Kaufman

Josh Kaufman has 19 years of experience in construction, land development and urban design. Currently he he holds the position of Head of Development and Construction, Canadian Multi-Family at Starlight Investments. Previously he oversaw some of the most ambitious high-quality office, industrial and retail development projects in Canada for Dream (DRM: TSE).

Lisa Stevenson - CFO

Prior to joining Moskowitz Capital, Ms. Stevenson had over 21 years of corporate finance and compliance experience as Director of Finance of Chesswood Group Limited. Chesswood is a publicly traded financial services company operating primarily in the specialty finance industry. In addition to her CPA, CA, Ms. Stevenson has an MBA focusing in International Trade, as well as a Bachelor of Business Management.

Milt Moskowitz

Milt pioneered management consulting in Canada as a Senior Partner at Ernst & Whinney; Stevenson Kellogg Ernst & Whinney (now KPMG Canada). Later becoming President of Eldon Industries Inc. when acquired in 1991 by Rubbermaid (NWL: NYSE). Former Directorships: CryptoLogic Inc. Shawn Rempel

Shawn joined Moskowitz Capital as Director of Business Development - Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Prior to joining Moskowitz Capital, Shawn was the Manager of Client Services with a technology firm and the Marketing Manager with Huskie Athletics at the University of Saskatchewan. Shawn earned an MBA and Bachelor of Science from the U of S. He is also a downhill skiing instructor and avid triathlon competitor.

Spencer Harris

Spencer, a University of Manitoba Economics graduate, comes from diverse finance, sales, & marketing background. Previously with a ready-mix concrete supplier, he has maintained a strong network of home builders and real estate developers. Now with Moskowitz Capital, these relationships have evolved to funding land and construction projects across Western Canada. He is also a scratch golfer who has competed in several national amateur championships.
