Brian obtained his MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS and then started his career at Roynat Capital Inc., Canada's largest term lender and merchant bank. In 1999 he joined Quorum Funding as Vice President, Investments, where he co-managed a $30 million subordinated debt real estate fund. In 2002 Brian founded Moskowitz Capital employing the principles of being a "common sense" and ethical lender. Brian has loaned $260 million, mainly into Atlantic Canada. Brian has combined traditional credit methods, storybook lending and grass roots marketing to achieve exceptional results.

Shawn earned an MBA and Bachelor of Science from the U of S. He is also a downhill skiing instructor and avid triathlon competitor.

Previously with a ready-mix concrete supplier, he has maintained a strong network of home builders and real estate developers. Now with Moskowitz Capital, these relationships have evolved to funding land and construction projects across Western Canada. He is also a scratch golfer who has competed in several national amateur championships.
