Ally received both of her bachelor's degrees from Wright State University. She has 5 years' experience in Human Resources across the healthcare, construction, and industrial industries. Recently, Ally has become SHRM certified making her a SHRM-CP. In her position as Human Resources Manager, she focuses on our employees and their continued growth with the Company. She enjoys working through new tasks and finding creative outcomes.
Brandon recently completed his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. Brandon's experience from his internships (including interning at MT Studio) has given him the ability to step into his Project Designer role upon graduation. He has worked on local projects as well as national projects and finds it very fulfilling seeing a project from inception to completion.
Brooke graduated from Miami University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She has been in the commercial real estate, marketing, and property realm since 2019 and joined our team in mid 2024 to help improve our marketing efforts and client experience.

After studying Architecture and Construction Management at Sinclair Community College, David spent over 18 years working on various design projects with national retail, education and hospitality clients. David sees architecture as a demonstrative example of the role even the smallest details can play in a project's overall success. It's this vision that's made him a devoted team player and double-checker.

Erin received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Miami University. After devoting the last 18 years to the field of Education she brings new enthusiasm and passion to help our business focus on our communities, our relationships with others and personal growth. This awareness helps keep us mindful of the things that our business values.
Jasen leveraged his Architectural Drafting and Computer Aided Design education from Lincoln Technical Institute into 20 years of serving education, management, retail and residential clients in the Dayton area. Jasen is a skilled draftsman with detailed knowledge of the documentation processes.
Macy graduated from Kent State University in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in architecture and aspires to get her license in the coming years. Before joining the team here at MT Studio, her career focused on building code and ADA requirements for industrial architecture around the country. In the past two years she has become proficient in AutoCAD and is continuing to expand her knowledge of Revit. She enjoys the challenge of working with both new and existing buildings to design and build/alter the space to fit the needs of each individual client.
Marc has spent over 25 years in the design and architecture field working on various projects in the automotive, higher education and retail fields. He brings a special skill to our business with his expansive knowledge on various design software programs including AutoCAD and Revit where he has created many models and templates to help improve our efficiency. In addition, he stays up to date on code regulations for many of our projects.
Meredith Lutz received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Miami University. Meredith acquired a wealth of skills while working as a public relations specialist, marketing manager and serving in other administrative roles for both small and large companies. She yields her combined experience and new skills learned to serve as Business Manager, constantly searching for ways to move the business forward via profitability and efficiency
Mike received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Miami University and Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He spent over 20 years working in retail design for many national brands such as JoAnn Fabrics and PetSmart before branching out on his own where his goal was to help his clients create functional and usable designs that would house successful businesses. He provides end-to-end solutions for clients in the commercial and hospitality industries including clients such as Smoothie King and Planet Fitness.
Scott studied both at Edison State and Wright State University. He has over 18 years' experience with various design software packages within multiple industries in the Miami Valley. His wide variety of projects have ranged from 100 SF residential additions to 480,000 SF ground up warehouse building and everything in between. Scott's attention to detail gives him the ability to create designs fulfilling business requirements while including clients' special requests.
Teresa's extensive background in inside sales has given her the communications skills to work effectively with the multiple agencies required in the permitting process. She enjoys the fast-paced, multi-tasking workload of having a multitude of projects at one time. She keeps the critical function of tracking all permit applications in line with our required timetables.
