Nayaab Biryani wants to provide its customers with authentic Indian traditional cuisine, cooked in the traditional way, handled in best possible way in terms of hygiene and at affordable pocket friendly prices. Indian food should be cooked in traditional way. A mutton do pyaza or biryani should not be cooked on a frying pan with ready sauces and frozen ingredients within 10 minutes rather it should be cooked in traditional indian utensils following traditional cooking methods and with fresh ingredients. We felt that many people have this complaint that all the restaurants offer almost same taste and even though there are hundreds of items on menu, they all taste very close to each other. Thus, We want to provide authentic food experience, which not only satisfies taste buds but also brings authentic emotion related to food and not of discomfort after eating.
