NEAREST & JACK

The Nearest & Jack Advancement Initiative consists of three pillars. Two are administered directly by The Nearest & Jack Advancement Initiative while the other is administered by Motlow State Community College. We also host the Spirits on the Rise Summit each Spring. All these opportunities are made possible by the generous support of The Jack Daniel Distillery and the Nearest Green Distillery and in collaboration with industry professionals across the country as well as educational academics... We're expanding BIPOC representation across all areas of the distilling industry through mentorship, advanced leadership training, and education.
