A settlement has been reached in the case, Wagner, et al. v. Safeco Ins. Co. of Illinois, Case No. CI20-10735 (Neb. Dist. Ct., Douglas Cty.) (the "Action"), entitling eligible Settlement Class Members who make a claim to 7% of the actual cash value of the Adjusted Vehicle Value at the time of your total loss for state sales tax.
