Dr.Ellis is the President of NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Trainer Association) and the director of the Spencer Life Coach Institute. Dr. Ellis is also an advisory board member of the American Personal Trainers Association Get America Fit Foundation and a board member of the National Fitness Examiners Committee. His books include "Are you serious about it-the ultimate fitness guide" (self-authored), "Champion's Power" (contribution), and OC Flair Magazine (editor in the fitness field).Founder of Adventure Boot Camp, the world's largest fitness boot camp program in 8 countries. The outdoor fitness equipment series "Tri Active America" supervised by Dr. Ellis is also used all over the world. Dr. Ellis' articles and interviews have been featured in more than 30 publications, and he frequently consults on health, fitness and lifestyle. Ms.Yoshiko Fukuchi is a doctor of Science in Human Life Studies (Nutrition and Health), Registered Dietitian. She was a teacher at a registered dietitian training university. After that, she worked as a researcher in the Japan Science and Technology Agency: The University Venture Creation Promotion Project, and obtained a PhD. Then, served as a specially appointed assistant at the Advanced Medical Research Center, Yokohama City University. Currently, She specializing in sports nutrition, providing nutritional support, weight loss and health management and advice for IFBB BIKINI athletes who are active worldwide and for JAPAN PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE athletes.
