Bill‘s illustrious 37-year career with Ford Motor Company involved facilitating corporate activities of sales, parts/service operations, and finance with major commercial truck fleets, large truck upfitters and body manufacturers. Over his career, Bill earned a reputation for working with all parties in a transaction to assure that all were working towards the same goal that the final product was right for the end user's application.

Dean joined National Fleet Services in 2019 after an 18-year career with U-Haul. Dean was the Director of Truck Product for U-Haul managing the largest US fleet with 130,000 vehicles.
During his career with U-Haul he managed OE engineering and production, specifications, project management, technical publications, OEM warranty, telematics, quality control, technical training and truck product repair. Dean served on Ford's Fleet Advisory Board from 2008-2017. Dean is focused on the expansion of production and increasing process management within the company.

Dhaval is a talented engineer with over 40 years of experience in vehicle engineering. Dhaval was a key member of the Ford team that established the Ford Quality Vehicle Modifier (QVM) program, which remains the industry standard for body modifier quality and safety.
Dhaval is a student of alternative fuels with lead on CNG, LPG, and all electrification technologies. Dhaval really enjoys his work at NFS and loves to take on new challenges. His mission is to tell our customers, "yes, we do that!"

Elizabeth joined National Fleet Services in 2022 and brings a wide range of financial services experience to the company. Prior to joining NFS, she spent over six years in the wealth management industry while working at Ford Estates where she specialized in lifestyle and wealth management services.
Elizabeth has always been passionate about the automotive industry and is driven by results. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jim joined the NFS sales team in 2018 after retiring from UPS as Director of Maintenance and Engineering with 34 years of fleet experience. Jim is known for his ability to bring resolution to engineering, mechanical and electrical concerns on fleet equipment, resulting in improved reliability and reduced cost of ownership.
Jim possesses a multitude of experience in alternative fuel vehicles including Electric, Hydraulic, CNG, and Propone. Jim enjoys complex projects, like restoring vintage vehicles. Do you have a complex upfit? Jim is ready to help.

Lee joined NFS in 2017 after enjoying a career at Ford Motor Company, where he spent most of his time leading the Vehicle Special Order process for commercial and fleet vehicles. He was a high school and college referee for 30 years and enjoys running everyday.
Lee's passion for fitness carries through in his work. As Executive Director of Operations, he manages all vehicle upfit operations and oversees all NFS locations. He is a problem solver and ready to assist fleet customers and upfitters with their unique needs. Lee's myriad of experience in the vehicle industry allows him to provide creative and productive solutions, saving time, money, and effort without ever sacrificing quality.

Mary Ellen has a diverse and successful career as a leader in the automotive industry. She worked at PPG Industries, Ford Motor Company and now National Fleet Services. Working at PPG she developed 8 patents and received awards for the launch of many new products, especially the first waterborne basecoat technology now in use everywhere.
Mary Ellen took that experience to Ford where she helped launch the first three wet paint process globally, improving both the environment and quality. Mary Ellen received several awards while working her way through key management roles at the Ford Ohio Assembly Plant, including Plant Manager before she joined NFS in 2015.
Mary Ellen enjoys challenges in the body modifier industry, calling on her extensive experience to bring a quality first manufacturing mindset on the production floor with on-time delivery of all customer vehicles.

Mike spent 35 years at Ford Motor Company, and 30 of those years were in Commercial Fleet Sales. With his passion and enthusiasm for the Commercial Fleet industry, Mike leads the marketing and communication efforts for National Fleet Services. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys boating, customizing cars and building motorcycles in his spare time.

Patrick is a seasoned engineering professional with over 11 years experience in manufacturing and business process improvement. His extensive automotive industry experience includes working as an Engineer at MAHLE and as a Senior Engineer at Tesla.
Joining NFS in 2019, Patrick is focused on continuous improvement and increasing production efficiency. Patrick is a competitive hockey player and continuously brings a level of energy and team spirit to the company.

Robin has over 40 years of experience as a Fleet Manager with a very large and diverse fleet in the Telecom industry. He was responsible for all types of vehicle designs and upfits, from cargo vans to Class 8 vehicles, used both domestically and internationally.
Robin joined NFS in 2017 as a National Sales Manager to keep working in the industry he loves. He is also an ASE certified master vehicle and truck technician, and an FAA licensed pilot.
