NEOCA's goal is to streamline this process and allow outing clubs to focus on what's most important: bringing students to the outdoors and helping them try new things... Founded by alumni of the Northeastern University Huskiers and Outing Club, NEOCA's mission is to promote, sustain, and support college outing clubs through the creation, preservation, and maintenance of outing club lodges.
