Ben Condon

Ben Condon has served as a director since January 2020 and has been an investment professional at Energy Capital Partners since 2014. Prior to joining Energy Capital Partners, Mr. Condon worked in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Condon received a B.S. in Economics from Duke University.

Dan Fahey

Prior to joining Next Wave, Mr. Fahey spent 27 years in various operations and engineering management positions in the basic and specialty petrochemical and midstream sectors. Most recently, Mr. Fahey served as the site manager for the second largest high purity isobutylene (HPIB) plant in North America, which is owned by Enterprise Products Partners, L.P. (NYSE: EPD). His experience with Enterprise was in the areas of engineering, project management, operations and technology. Mr. Fahey led the technology evaluation process for Enterprise's propane dehydrogenation project, and performed the technical assessment and developed the associated operating economics utilized for Enterprise's purchase of the HPIB plant in 2010. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Fahey spent almost 20 years with TPC Group, a manufacturer of specialty petrochemical and fuel products, and its predecessors in different engineering and operations management positions, most recently serving as Director of Process Engineering & Technology. His experience at TPC included development and implementation of the synergies for the acquisition of the Port Neches facility, leadership of the engineering group during three plant expansions and technical evaluation oversight for potential future expansions. Mr. Fahey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He and his wife, Carmen, have two children and live in League City, Texas.

Lindsey Engleman

Prior to Next Wave Energy, Mrs. Engleman worked in the energy sector for 12 years both in traditional oil and gas as well as renewable energy in a range of commercial and financial management positions. Most recently she spent two years at REV Renewables as a Project Manager and Commercial Asset Manager for the West Coast battery and solar portfolios. Prior to REV Renewables, Mrs. Engleman worked for Phillips 66 in various roles, most recently serving as the Director of Asset Management for NGLs. Mrs. Engleman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Baylor University with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She and her husband, Ben, have two daughters and live in Houston, TX.

Matt Delaney

Michael Bloesch - CEO, President

Prior to Next Wave, Mr. Bloesch spent 22 years with TPC Group, a manufacturer of specialty petrochemical and fuel products, and its predecessors in multiple executive management positions, most recently serving as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. His experience at TPC Group included leadership of the strategic planning, business development, feedstock procurement, project development & management, acquisition due diligence & integration, planning & analysis, engineering, risk management, and supply chain management areas, along with commercial management of several of the company's product lines. Mr. Bloesch has a significant track record of conceiving creative petrochemical projects and turning them into successful operating assets and businesses. Past projects include conversion of butane into gasoline components, propylene polymerization to specialty oligomers, and olefins to plasticizers & various blend components. He conceived the ethylene to alkylate process used in Project Traveler. Mr. Bloesch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Houston. He and his wife, Shannon, have three children and live in Bellaire, Texas. He serves on the boards of Soltex Chemical, South Coast Terminals, Bearded Fox Brewing, the Environmental Sustainability Board (ESB) of the City of Bellaire, and the Bagley College of Engineering Dean's Advisory Board at Mississippi State University.

Michael Gallagher

Prior to joining Next Wave in 2024, Mr. Gallagher served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Ozona Carbon Capture & Sequestration (CCS), aiding commercial development and capital raising efforts. Before Ozona, Mr. Gallagher served in various financial roles over his nine-year tenure with Blue Racer Midstream, the last two as Vice President of Finance. While at Blue Racer Midstream, Mr. Gallagher participated in accounting, business development, finance, investor relations, M&A, and treasury. Prior to Blue Racer Midstream, Mr. Gallagher was with TPG Capital in their Portfolio Management group, and Stream Gas & Electric. Mr. Gallagher received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, with an Accounting concentration, from University of Dallas, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Patrick Diamond - Chairman

Prior to the formation of Next Wave in 2014, Mr. Diamond spent 15 years with Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA) and its predecessors in positions of increasing responsibility, including the last seven years serving as Vice President. His experience at Plains spanned the areas of strategic planning, capital markets, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate development. He led the execution of more than 25 public and private equity capital markets transactions for gross proceeds of more than $6.3 billion, including the initial public offerings of PAA Natural Gas Storage, L.P. and Plains GP Holdings, L.P. Prior to joining the Plains organization, Mr. Diamond spent five years as an investment banker in the Global Energy Group of Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup, where he was involved in all facets of the energy sector, with a particular emphasis on master limited partnerships (MLPs) including the initial public offering of PAA in 1998. He served on the board of directors of the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships from 2004 to 2014. Mr. Diamond was inducted into the Alerian Master Limited Partnership Hall of Fame in 2017. Mr. Diamond earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and quantitative studies from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He lives in Kingwood, Texas, where he previously served on the boards of directors of St. Martha Catholic School and Hopeful Hearts Ministry.

Peter Labbat

Peter Labbat has served as a director since our inception and has been a partner of Energy Capital Partners since 2006. Prior to joining Energy Capital in 2006, Mr. Labbat spent 13 years in Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division. He began his career within Goldman Sachs' Mergers & Acquisitions Department, advising on and executing numerous strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures across a variety of industries. As a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Labbat had senior-level coverage responsibility for electric and gas utilities and independent power companies throughout the United States. Mr. Labbat was also responsible for mergers and acquisitions in the natural resources sector. Mr. Labbat received a B.A. in economics from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sean Diamond - EVP

Prior to joining Next Wave, Mr. Diamond spent 16 years in various operations and commercial management positions in the petrochemical and midstream sectors. Most recently, Mr. Diamond served Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA) as Director of Project Development for its Gas and Condensate Processing business unit. His experience with Plains was in the areas of engineering, project management and controls, commercial development, business management, and acquisition due diligence and integration. He led the enhancement and redeployment of the Plains Project Management Process, which has been used to successfully control the deployment of over $5 billion of expansion capital since 2009. Prior to joining Plains, Mr. Diamond spent five years with TPC Group, a manufacturer of specialty petrochemical and fuel products, and its predecessors in various operations management positions, most recently serving as Director of Manufacturing Optimization. His experience at TPC included leadership of the power generation assets, energy supply, process control infrastructure and operational efficiency initiatives. Mr. Diamond earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Houston. He and his wife, Jodi, have three children and live in Montgomery County, Texas. He currently serves on the board of directors of the PTSD Foundation of America and has previously served on the boards of directors of St. Martha Catholic School and Texas Industries of the Future.

Shane Presley - COO

Prior to Next Wave, Mr. Presley spent 20 years in various operations, technical and management roles in the refining and technology licensing sector. Most recently, Mr. Presley served as the Technical Services and Development Manager for DuPont Clean Technologies in the alkylation and hydroprocessing licensing businesses. In this role, he managed the teams responsible for global customer technical support and managed the R&D portfolio for these technologies. Prior to DuPont, he worked for ExxonMobil and Chevron in the refining sector. Mr. Presley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Mississippi State University.

Stephen Arata - SVP

Prior to joining Next Wave in 2024, Mr. Arata spent 11 years with Blue Racer Midstream. Mr. Arata was a co-founder of Blue Racer and served as its CFO for three years before his promotion to CEO in 2015. At Blue Racer, Mr. Arata oversaw the development and financing of more than $2.0 billion of capital projects and arranged more than $4.0 billion of debt financing. Prior to Blue Racer, Mr. Arata served as CFO of Caiman Energy, where he led the sale of Caiman's main asset, Caiman Eastern, to Williams Companies for $2.5 billion. Prior to Caiman Energy, Mr. Arata served as CFO of Regency Energy Partners LP, a publicly-traded master limited partnership (MLP). Shortly after joining Regency, Mr. Arata led the IPO of the company. During his more than five years as CFO, Mr. Arata's areas of responsibility included accounting, finance, treasury, corporate development, investor relations, information technology, human resources, and internal audit. Prior to joining Regency, Mr. Arata spent nine years as an investment banker in the Power & Pipelines Group at UBS, where he advised on more than $80 billion of completed transactions. Mr. Arata earned a BBA in Business and a BA in English from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, as well as a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, IL. Mr. Arata serves on the board of Rays of Light Where Special Children Shine, as well as on the Executive Boards of both the SMU Cox School of Business and SMU's Dedman College.

Tina Wininger

Prior to Next Wave, Ms. Wininger spent 15 years with Plains All American Pipeline, LP (NYSE: PAA) and its predecessors in positions of increasing responsibility, including the last seven years serving as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Accounting. While her primary responsibility has been public company accounting and reporting, Ms. Wininger has also been instrumental in the successful integration of numerous business acquisitions ranging in size from $50 million to $2.5 billion. In conjunction with these acquisitions, she was involved in the related capital markets activity including the issuance of debt, equity and shelf registration statements. Prior to her time with PAA, she was with Arthur Andersen & Co. where she worked in their oil and gas audit practice in New Orleans and the surrounding areas. Tina earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in accounting from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She currently lives in Houston, Texas and serves on the board of directors of The Micah Project.

Tom Ellerbrock

Prior to Next Wave, Mr. Ellerbrock spent 21 years in various engineering and operations management positions in the basic and specialty petrochemical and midstream sectors. Most recently, Mr. Ellerbrock served for eight years as the Director of Engineering for Plains Gas Solutions in the areas of engineering, project management and controls, and optimization. Prior to joining Plains, Mr. Ellerbrock spent four years with TPC Group as Energy Optimization Engineer and Material Balance Manager and before that eight years working for Celanese as a process engineer and production engineer responsible for project development, unit optimization, and operation of the Methanol Synthesis and Utilities Units. Mr. Ellerbrock earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
