David Archer - CTO

Dr. Archer is a Principal Scientist leading Cryptography & Multiparty Computation for Galois, Inc. with customers including DARPA, the NSA, IARPA and the Department of Homeland Security. Dr. Archer has over 30 years of R&D experience in complex ASIC, system hardware, software architectures, secure computation, and cryptography. Dave holds a PhD in Computer Science from Portland State University, an MS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Georgios Dimou

Dr. Dimou has over 20 years of experience in hardware design with expertise spanning from architecture to implementation both for DIB and commercial applications.

Jorge Myszne

Jorge Myszne is a dynamic and creative executive with hands-on experience in global business and technology management, engineering, product management, strategy and marketing. Jorge is a successful entrepreneur, having founded two start-ups that were later acquired and held technical and executive positions at Intel and Qualcomm. Jorge brings a lot of experience building new businesses and teams, introducing disruptive technology and implementing product strategies in the areas of semiconductors, security, and privacy. Jorge holds a BSc and MSc degree in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering.

Kevin Yoder - CEO, President

Kevin Yoder joined Niobium Microsystems, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Board of Directors. In his role as CEO, Kevin focuses on strategic direction, team development, and commercial activities. Most recently Yoder was the Head of Sales and Marketing at Lantronix, a company focused on hardware and software for IoT markets. Prior to Lantronix, Kevin spent six years at Avago Technologies (now Broadcom) as Vice President of Sales and Marketing serving the needs of the company' fourteen business units. In this role, Yoder was responsible for direct, distribution, and reseller sales in the Americas and for the company's outbound marketing strategies. Additionally Mr. Yoder played a key role in Avago's acquisition and integration of six companies. Kevin also spent a combined nineteen years time in various sales and sales management roles at Texas Instruments and Analog Devices. In addition to these two large corporations he also held Director and Vice President roles at startups XMOS and CoWare. Yoder earned his B.S.E.E. from the University of Notre Dame and he is an active angel investor and a member of Irish Angels and Vitalize Ventures and has served on the board of two non-profit organizations.

Luke Duncan

Dr. Duncan has over a decade of experience in the research & development of advanced integrated circuit designs spanning analog, RF, mixed-signal, and digital systems. Dr. Duncan's research interests include high- performance direct-RF transceivers, hardware security, and mixed-signal circuits for 5G communications and radar systems. Luke received B.S., M.S., and PhD. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from The Ohio State University.

Matt Farrell - COO

Mr. Farrell brings experience in operational excellence amid dynamic growth. He has held a variety of leadership roles including founder and early team member at early-stage and growth-stage venture-backed companies. Mr. Farrell has a demonstrated history of creating significant value as a member of several highly recruited executive teams which span the world's most competitive industries. Matt earned his MBA from the University of Dayton, where he also earned his B.S. in finance and business economics.

Robert Wiltbank - Chairman

Dr. Wiltbank has an accomplished career focusing on strategic alignment and commercialization efforts - all of which is founded on his research on strategy-making under uncertainty and entrepreneurial endeavors. Rob completed his PhD. in Strategic Management at the University of Washington and undergraduate work in finance and accounting at Oregon State University. He is widely referenced for his academic research on angel investing returns and entrepreneurial expertise. He is co-author of two books, Effectual Entrepreneurship and The Catalyst, as well as many academic articles.
