To provide resources and educate adults and youth about the dangers of underage drinking, the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Commission established Talk it Out NC in 2014. Guided by the principles of the North Carolina Department of Public Safety and the ABC Commission, we work to enhance the high level of service and public safety provided to NC communities through statewide education, permitting, and the proper regulation of alcohol.
